Wow last minute booking and Theodora and Brandon and the young lady could assist us , they are friendly , welcoming and very professional. The room views excellent and they made our stay something to come back to . The restaurant food was excellent , staff friendly and very helpful. A definite come back for me .
Complaint logged ,out if SLA jst to get a email ,no decent to even give a call , incompetent staff and I'm still waiting on someone to get back to me . Worse company you can have insurance with , Need to cancel insurance please absa advise the way forward .
17 days later and up until today nothing has been done to my claim Incident happened on the 14th Registered the 17th Assessors came out and calls was made . Rozen louw has sent emails and stating decisions will be made ..... we waiting While needing to wait till absa made their decision my property is standing open, strong winds and raining yhats causing more damage . What should my next step be as a valued absa client .
I registered a claim on the 17th October , 2 people came out to check my property and I had to phone back the 21st October to be told someone will come back to me the Monday, it's Tuesday the 25th I had to phone again as no one comes back to me on feedback , spoke to an Erica that said she will give feedback today . I phoned insurance and was told a Dudu is handling my claim ,an special department will be sitting with the report and the turn around time can be 10 days. So for years I have been paying my insurance on time and when it comes to claiming I have to go back and forth . Pathetic service as whoever sits and make decisions have a look at when last I claimed as well. Really Absa
Unexceptable for cooldrink machines to not work and inconvenience the client. Why should I pay extra R7 for a cooldrink when I'm buying a meal to be told they only have certain flavors to. Which means I loose as the client. I need something to be put in place as this happens way to often.
Good day, I just came from your Tokai branch and doing my as usual monthly needed stuff. Came to the butcher as I usually buy the sauces over the counter to be told by Matthew (manager of department as I was told) that they don't sell, well I explained to him that I have bought sauces every month for I don't know how long now, just to be told they did me a favor. A favor to me is done once not for the last year or more. as well as him getting an attitude with me to tell me I can have sauce if I'm gona pay R69kg,but he then just told me they don't sell it. Then further down to the bakery wanting to make a order for a big cake Shaheeda at the counter just told me that they have a order but they will find out if I can so she came back that they don't sell big cakes anymore. So what the flip is happening as I'm always happy at ur store, I would appreciate some feedback please
<p>I'm disgusted and wish to be reimbursed as I went to kfc tokai mall and bought 4 burger meals and as I saw my total I realise it's much more asking the lady sisanda and she bluntly say we don't have cooldrink in our machines so u pay more for the bottles. Who's fault is that mine as the customer I don't think so. Need this to be sorted out please</p>
