I think is high time, we all protest and go to FNB FINANCE DEPARTMENT because they don't attend to our complains at all and is really frustrating, please FNB look into your FINANCE DEPARTMENT because I have been calling since last week Friday to resolve a pending transaction that occurred on Friday 1st of August, 2025...ANYTIME I CALL, the customer service always say they haven't gotten a feedback from the FINANCE DEPARTMENT that they don't know what to tell me, and they said this was suppose to take 24-48hrs business day, today makes it 96hrs nothing has been done yet. Please FNB, attend to this issues because this is really frustrating me, I feel like committing suicide because now you guys just keep saying same thing for the past 4 days now...
Hello sir/madam Good afternoon, I’m writing this letter to complain about a pending transaction from my PayPal to FNB on the 1st of August, 2025 Amount ($3,570.08). I made a withdrawal from my PayPal to my FNB account, but I didn’t get the money in my FNB, I tried to call FNB customer care on Friday and they said “The transaction is pending and they will escalate the matter so they can release the funds between 24 to 48hrs”. Then I called again today Monday 4th August, 2025 and they repeated the same statement that “The transaction is pending and they will escalate the matter so they can release the funds between 24 to 48hrs that they will send me an email once it has been escalated” till now I haven’t received the email they said I will get once is escalated and also I still haven’t received the said amount in my FNB account. THIS IS THE 3RD BUSINESS WORKING DAY, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A SOLUTION SINCE LAST WEEK FRIDAY WHY MY TRANSACTION IS PENDING AND YET TO RELEASE FUNDS
Hello paisa blocked my bank account the very first time I'm using it, I won't recommend anyone to trust this service, since March 13 my account has been blocked, I went to the bank, bank said the fault is not from them and suggested I should go make an Affidavit at the police station, hello paisa has a very poor bad service and you can't even get intouch with them when you try to call
If you're looking for apartment, please don't go for Mafadi Property Management because they're not reliable, they don't give back deposit, and their agents are all quacks because they don't attend to your needs on time, when I first moved to one of their apartment, I was there 3 days without electricity and the food got rot, the gezar was not working, i have to wait for another 2 weeks, their excuse was they were waiting for insurance, that aside, note: I was already in when they came for inspection, well all I can say is, there's alot to mention about this Management! And REMEMBER! THEY WON'T REFUND YOU BACK YOUR DEPOSIT! don't believe all these sweet reviews about them because what they do is once you're in, they will send you hellopeter link and beg you to rate them good that it helps them when getting new clients. REMEMBER THEY'RE STILL OWING MY DEPOSIT their excuse is that they haven't gone for inspection and the owner hasn't given go ahead to refund the deposit because inspection hasn't been done, or they will tell you they're still trying to reach the owner. RUN FROM MAFADI PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! THANK YOU 😡😡😡
