Did not get what I purchased
I didn’t want to do this but I have to express my disappointment somewhere. When I received the wig i was amazed at how natural it looked, my fixation was the frontal and the middle path etc(first wig purchase ever) but when I finally tired it on it looked different. Looking at what I saw advertised and what I got, it’s different. It’s not straight cut like in the imagine where the hair all looks 1 length nooo this wig is different lengths, why is the front hair shorter?? The website image the hair looks like 1 length from root to ends but this one looks stringy because of the different lengths it does look full at the ends it’s such less hair . and it sheds like crazy, just by trying it on, hair is falling for no reason. It’s very bulky I don’t understand why, then only to see on their website that items cannot be returned so I guess I’m stuck with a wig that looks nothing like what I purchased off their site. And don’t dare try to tell me i got what i paid for or how to take care of it etc because excuse me I haven’t used it not once it’s been left it’s the box it arrived in and I can post pictures for comparison I’m not the type to take it to this extent but no this is unacceptable and that’s money that I could have spent somewhere and probably got what they advertise I don’t even know if it’s wax on the hair or what why is it stiff ??? And even with all this said I would have sucked it up if the hair was 1 length then I wouldn’t have even taken it this far but that’s ****ing me off even more for the fact that it each row is a different length!!!! Nah I regret this purchase, that’s the first and last and I’ll definitely inform others so they don’t make the mistake. Don’t play with peoples money !!

It’s my 3rd order with them. I did have an issue with my address and their chosen courier service getting it wrong but I was helped by Carla and she was great

False advertising and poor customer service
So I go there after seeing a car seat I wanted online only to find out they only has the one on show. Then someone who supposedly managers the store tells me to buy the car seat on show and the other employee tells us not to as it’s not safe. They call another branch who also doesn’t have it then I check and scroll through all branches in the country don’t have it. Why advertise something you don’t have available to purchase at stores or online that’s stupid! Also don’t tell me to purchase a product over 8k instead which I went to the looking for a product with 1k. Clearly that should tell you I have a budget

No respect or appreciation for employees
The worst company I have ever worked at. 4.5k for sales agents and a commission structure made impossible to ever earn what’s promised. Working hours change every time they feel like it. I had a rude manger who even called me the swear word for a female dog. I had reported it to their HR and Higher management but nothing was done. They make you do stupid things when your not making sales and if you question their methods they resort to intimidating you and threatening to leave you unemployed as I was told by someone in higher management that “they don’t need me”. I suffers a miscarriage the month I left that place it’s toxic!

Too many defects!
Many people recommend this brand to me as I am a new mother I went with it. I bought a good couples of packs prior to my baby being born. I started with premie which were great but the problem started when I moved into size 1 (extra care) keeping in mind I had 4 packs of this size already when I started to find from each pack a good couple of the diapers were hard like cardboard patches and rough. I sent a complaint via email and was made to follow several steps before offered a voucher to compensate for the few that were affected from just that 1 pack at the time. I’ve been had the issue with every pack that I have opened and I refuse to go through the process of their complaints log. I have just resorted to using Pampers and it’s working out is much better.

Excessive leaking
I have the 120ml which doesn’t leak at all. I but the bigger bottles that I have leak badly. If make milk in them without the travel stopper it leaks. When I put the bottle in a little hot water to heat the milk up the milk rises through the system and leaks out the bottom entirely. I have to heat milk each time with the top off. The only way to stop it from leaking is by taking out the anti colic system which defeats the purpose of getting these bottles. Other than the leaking the anti- colic system really works. My baby is very gassy and it’s not hard to burp her as it happens within 5 minutes or just as I pick her up and burping has only become this easy since I started using these bottles. If they can fix the leaking issue these would get 5 star all the way
