*****ulent debits on my account and then difficulties in communicating with Uber
FNB issued with a subpoena for urgent information on 22 August, no response to date. After being given the wrong number 9 times I am rating the bank as a 0. This is NOT a customer centric bank and I have highly recommend going elsewhere.

So impressed with the outstanding service I received from the Service division in particular the manager Peter Zwartland. He went the extra mile to get me back in the road asap even messaging me on a Sunday. They also replaced two blown fuses free of charge.
Can't reach them on the phone or their WhatsApp line. Their verification document is faulty.

Worst experience ever! Applied for fibre in Nov, they promised installation in 21 days. Finally after much nagging sent someone to assess my property for installation. Five months later and at least 30 messages later all Over is lip service. To add insult to injury,despite many requests to do so, they haven't cancelled my application so MWeb are being blocked by the infrastructure supplier which means I can't even get fibre from another ISP.
Telkom Mall of Africa has no concept of customer service whatsoever. I renewed my contract and they changed it from postpaid to hybrid without discussing it with me first. The result is: 1. They downgraded the databundle offering which means I have no data roaming 2. I need to buy airtime and convert it everytime I need a top up 3. I can't have a 2nd sim. Furthermore this cannot be sorted out over the phone, I have to go into the store which is 1500km away. I've emailed the store manager who fobs it off on someone else who responded once and never again.
Niel is clearly an expert at what he does and I look forward to working with the team to develop a great digital marketing s**** set.
Classic Property is advertising a property using my name and details to solicit buyers to contact them fraudulently. My advertised details are correct but when you click on "contact agent" it goes through to a different site. BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM.
