I'm flabbergasted by the attitude and absolute lack of customer service from Vox. I cancelled my services on Monday 2nd of February - the first business day of the month as I'm moving and no longer need it Regardless they informed me that they will charge me 2 months as I did not speak to them on Sunday the 1st of February???? Seriously. Their further arrogance I have to make sure I get their modem back to postnet within 10-days otherwise they will charge me even more. It's my problem to do this, they brought it to my house when I signed up in 2023, now I must drive around for them???? Shocking service, they did not debit me on the 1st they debited on the 2nd, why is it OK for them to do this, when I'm expected to contact them on a Sunday. Double standards and shocking service.
I have not been able to get an answer if when my order, placed on 02 Nov 2024 and paid for in full will be delivered. It's very frustrating. The WhatsApp line keeps saying the right person will contact me. I missed one call the 2nd was dropped when I answer. Calling them back the voice message says only deal with us on WhatsApp. It's super frustrating
Dear King Price, you got my details from somewhere, your very rude call centre agent calling from a 013 number at 16:30 today 22 Aug 2024. Just slammed the phone down when I said I don't need insurance. She didn't give me a chance to advise to remove me from your dialer. This is unacceptable. You need to train your staff better and trust me due to this experience I will never consider you brand. What your agents don't realise, you've lost a possible future client due to your agent's behaviour. Please ensure you remove me from your dialer list immediately. I do not wish to be contacted by King Price ever!
These guys are a joke! I don't believe they exist or intend sending any books ordered There communication is non-existent and there is absolutely no response to emails. I ordered and paid for books on the 8th of December already and have received nothing
PCLink Computers are a BIG FAT SCAM What a SCAM, don't be fooled to order anything from PCLink Computers!!!! They do not deliver and whilst you pay immediately, you get strung along and nothing happens and no refund option!!! I ordered to Surface pro covers in November 2021 already and received only 1!!! I've followed up over and over and keep getting we're so sorry, we're following up and nothing more, I've received this response 20-timea now. PLEASE DON'T ORDER!!! YOU'LL BE SO SORRY YOU EVER DID

I've had the worst possible experience from SA Towbar. I booked my car in to have a Towbar fitted on the 1st of December 2021. When I made the booking they told me half a day and I can go to a mall close by to work. I was there just after 8am. Got there and if you don't know they are in one of the worst areas of Durban- Umgeni Road, I've never been so scared, being new to the general Durban area, I was petrified. I got there only to be told it will take a full day???? I had to find an Uber to get home to work + I live in Drummond, it's not 5-minutes away. I couldn't fetch my 2 4-year olds as I was stranded with no car. Halfway through the morning they called to ask if I want side steps fitted to my vehicle at an additional R6.5000. I said OK. I had to follow-up 3 times with them before they confirmed I could fetch my car at 17:00. I had to Uber again to the scary Umgeni area. The Uber rides cost me R800 for the day. I got there and was left waiting till 17:30 when a manager came out to say there's a problem the side steps don't fit. I was asked to pay whilst I was waiting and stupidly I did. I was upset and wanted a refund, they spoke me out of it making promises to come to me etc.to fit. I just wanted to get out of there, my kids were home alone with a sitter and I had to get home. I left and the next morning at 06:54 I messaged them to advise I don't want the fitment and want a refund. No response!! I was in a workshop and could only return calls in the afternoon from them. I again said I want a refund and the manager said he'll discuss it with his team and get back to me. Not a single word since! I've sent messages no response. They owe me almost R7k and ignoring me. Word of advise, it's not worth going to them, it's a very dangerous area and they lie to your face. SA Towbar delivers the worst possible service and there products are not great PLUS they think I'll just donate almost R7k to them and let it go!!! SHOCKING is an understatement!!!! Stay away from them!!!
I placed an online order last night and immediately cancelled it with PowerBrite. They've done nothing yet regarding the order and this morning they inform me that they are going to charge me a 5% Handling Fee which is R1,000.00 how absurd! What right do they have? I check the T&C's on their FAQs and said nothing about a handling fee. They've now dug out other T&C's where it is noted. I don't care, this is robbery. Don't order anything from them, they will rip you off
What a nightmare! Firstly after they quoted and did the packing for relocation - took our stuff and we had to store everything. I had to pay another R12k just for 'additonal' packing, they came out personally for the quote, it was done over an inventory list or email. They came out. I was also then told transport will be another R12k Lockdown came and everything was delayed with our property transfer. Finally last week we could get our things delivered and we are missing furniture and boxes. They aren't responding to mails and now we have a bed-set we can't use, books and personal items gone! Broken furniture. Don't use JH Retief, you'll be sorry in the end
<p>Vodacom changed their systems at some point this year. There is now an old system and a new system and heaven help you if your details are on the old system because you can't do anything! I tried in July this year to upgrade my Personal Data contracts - 1st Chatz Cellular / Vodacom at Dainfern Square made me cancel the 2-contracts I had. When I went to take a new contract at Vodacom World (which according to Chatz / Vodacom Dainfern Square) I was told sorry they can't Vet me as I am an existing client, asked them to cancel those records and after battling for a month gave up and still don't have a personal data contract. Now I need to take my number back from the company I am leaving (it was mine to start with so I took the original contract out) and guess what again I get sorry can't do it you are on the old system as an existing client and I can't transfer the number to you. You need to go to Pre-Paid, which funny that happened in 30-minutes. I can't do anything for the next 3-months on this number in terms of contract / package as I've just made a change to the 'contract' really this was forced due to Vodacom incompetency - bet you when I do go I'll get the same Old and New System rubbish..... Seriously why is Vodacom's Internal System issues mine??? I unfortunately only have Vodacom coverage where I live otherwise I would've ported and left them ages ago. Vodacom has no concept of Customer Service!!!</p>
