I have been a loyal and regular purchaser of Samsung mobile phones and watches. Recently, I upgraded to the new Galaxy S25+, which I am thoroughly enjoying. Along with the phone, I purchased the Galaxy Watch 7. Unfortunately, the battery life of the watch has been extremely disappointing. I visited the Samsung Support Centre at Vodaworld, where a technician attempted to reset the watch, but there was no improvement. I am very disappointed, as I need to recharge the watch frequently — most days, the battery does not even last 12 hours.
Two issues ; Very disappointed with my Samsung S23+. Battery life is poor. Does not last a day. Not enjoying the phone. Other issue that Samsung conned my wife with special offer when she entered into a contract for a new Samsung phone. Offer include ear buds & a watch. Two months later have not received them.
My wife traveled from Johannesburg to ****et via Dubai on 24th April. Her 2 suitcases were wrapped at OR Tambo. When she unwrapped the suitcase in ****et, she called me to advise that one suitcase was badly damaged (now broken) & the second new Samsonite is missing wheels. We contacted Emirates was advised to communicate via their website. I went onto their website & filled out the complaint form. Received an email confirming our receipt of our complaint. Since then we have heard NOTHING! I have called the local office on numerous occasions & all they do is say we must go & buy new cases & MIGHT have a claim. UNACCETABLE!!! My wife is travelling with two broken suitcases. We did not budget to replace two expensive suitcases on her trip.
My wife travelled last week from Johannesburg to ****et via Dubai on Emirates Air. We booked in two wrapped suitcases. After arriving at her daughters apartment in ****et, my wife unwrapped the two case only to find that the one case was badly cracked & one wheel was completely broken off the case. The other Samsonite case wheel was missing. I contacted Emirates & was told to report the issue on their website. Now have twice reported the damage to the cases on their website & have not had a response. I have also tried to call their Johannesburg office more that 6 times with no assistance. My wife is now travelling with two broken suitcases.

Recently replaced router. Since replacing the transmission reception is terrible. When I call for service, I get an argument. NO SERVICE.
While busy on our Internet on Sunday midday the technicians that were working outside our complex, did something that as a result the internet stopped working. We, with great frustration called Vox to ask them to attend to the problem. 1. What a frustrating experience calling Vox 2. Trying to log a service is another unpleasant experience 3. After calling at least 15 times we then are given a reference number & told that it is now Vumtel issue which will be addressed in 72 working hours. 4. We suppose to have a 100/100 line which is NEVER close to that speed!! 5. Vox told us that our calls are been recorded, are the calls ever reviewed. 6. We still DON'T have internet!!!
Vodacom on line is frustrating, difficult & unpleasant.Waiste of time. I have also visited Vodaworld.Another unpleasant & frustrating expirance.
