Disaster
The worst service ever I have received in my entire life . I will never recommend anyone to use this service after such horrible experience and ************ tactics after I had reported them to Psira.They called me to their offices as if they will help but instead they called their police friends who came in a taxi ,intimidated us and searched me,my friend and the car we came in.Bad business ethics and conduct to be honest.

Bunch of Clowns
They always asking for donations instead of solving peoples cases.I payed them a deposit upfront for my case in 2023.I know I’m not the only one who paid deposit .If they were solving people’s cases and getting the remaining amount.They wouldn’t be asking for donations.All they good for is posting crime news and claiming credit when they didn’t do anything. They must consider changing their company to a newspaper.

Useless
I took a phone from them and took also their insurance.Phone got lost a few months later.I wrote an email to their claims department which they never responded to until now.I went to the store after sometime waiting for their response.They told me what they needed and I submitted. Now they saying my claim is declined because I reported late when I wrote an email that they never responded to earlier.I don't recommend them.

They are not convenient and they are very rude
I've been trying to open a case with them since the beginning of the year.When you try to get assistance from them , they say you'll be called in the next 48 hours.When they call, you don't get the help.Their offices also have hours that are not convenient for someone working 9-5.I finally went to their offices to open a case.You fill in some forms and have to wait for a call, on the call was told I'll be referred to another person who'll call, you have to wait again days, then you get a call that doesn't help.Last call I got was from Nosipho Masondo who seemed to be in a rush, the information he had about my case was wrong, tried to correct but she wouldn't listen.She was trying to give me an explanation of documents she needed but when I asked so that I get clarity she dropped the phone, never called again.Im canceling the Policy.Very useless.

<div>I asked Rodney for car recovery services, he said hẹ can provide the services and asked for a R4000 upfront which i paid.He was texting me everyday before I paid but soon after I paid, he stopped responding to my texts.Never even pretended to be doing my case.Apparently he has been taking money from people since 2018.Been reported multiple times to PSiRA but nọ actions taken again.Theres also a group on Facebook with people he has taken money from.</div>

Rodney and his company ISS are ****med me 4k.I consulted Rodney for car recovery services, said they can do that and quotation for the service was 4K and it's upfront payment.Before i paid hẹ was communicating everyday.The day i paid hẹ said hẹ was going to call later for some questions when he's opening the file.Since then, I'm the one who constantly had to follow after him, ignores my messages.Apparently he's been ****ming people since 2018, has been reported multiple times to Psira but the complaints ignored.Search Mike Bolhuis-rodney@iss-investigations.co.za There's an article warning people about him.Theres also a link to Facebook group with people hẹ has ****med.These previous reviews it's probably his relatives or friends helping him **** people.
