Poor customer service
Takes years to attend to tickets lodged if you don’t know anyone in their offices to report your issue privately. You call their support line and wait in the queue for hours until your airtime is finished 🚮

After my application for net99 fibre installation, Mary Jane friendly assisted me throughout the process until the final stage where she activated my fibre after I have waited for credentials and activation for about 12 hours after installation.
