However, my concern is as follows: I visited your practice with a chipped tooth that already had an existing filling. The doctor did not perform a proper filling but rather app**** a temporary “patch.” Despite this, my medical aid was charged the full amount of R860 for a complete filling procedure. Within less than three weeks, the tooth broke again. I consulted another dentist, who was able to correctly repair the tooth with a proper filling—no root canal was needed. Because your practice charged for a full filling, my medical aid has refused to cover the second dentist’s claim. I have sent multiple emails and even made phone calls to your office, during which I was assured that a refund would be processed. However, I later received an email stating that the procedure performed was a “temporary filling,” contradicting the original billing submitted to my medical aid. I find this unacceptable and misleading. Charging the full rate for a temporary patch that was clearly not durable or appropriate treatment is *********. Please note that I will escalate this matter to the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and my medical aid’s ***** and ethics department
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my matriculation exemption application. I have paid the required fee four times and submitted all necessary and verified documentation, yet I continue to face unjustified rejections and poor service. Despite submitting the following: Proof of completion of a Foundation Programme with Unisa (NQF Level 5 diploma and results), Evidence of my completed degree at an NQF Level 7, and Documentation meeting the stated criteria for a complete exemption by virtue of post-school qualifications (par 18), I receive the same response: “The applicant does not qualify for any type of exemption on the basis of the documentation submitted to this office.” Your response further requests an academic record for the Foundation Programme, which I have already provided, and suggests that I apply for a condonation of error signed by The Registrar—despite the fact that I clearly meet the minimum criteria as outlined on your website. I am 40 years old, with an NQF Level 7 qualification, and have fulfilled all the post-school requirements to qualify for this exemption. Holding on calls for nearly two hours only to receive no assistance further adds to the frustration. This lack of accountability and willingness to resolve my issue is unacceptable. Additionally, Unisa has refused to provide the necessary support unless I register for the 2025 academic year, which is both unprofessional and contrary to the principles of service delivery. I request the following immediate actions: A detailed review of my exemption application and supporting documents. Confirmation of my eligibility for exemption based on my qualifications. Clear communication of any further steps, if applicable, with a timeline for resolution. I expect a resolution to this matter within 10 working days. If no satisfactory response is received, I will escalate this complaint to higher authorities, including the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). Your prompt attention and action on this matter will be greatly appreciated. Sincerely,
Dear FNB Complaints Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor handling of an issue with my FNB account. Despite numerous emails and attempts to resolve this matter, it remains unaddressed, and I am now being harassed by calls from a lawyer demanding payment for fees accrued on an inactive and closed account. The account in question has been inactive for a significant period, with no transactions or activity other than recurring bank charges amounting to R620 per month. I do not even have a bank card or login details for this account anymore. I have repeatedly requested assistance, providing proof and reference numbers of prior communications, yet no corrective action has been taken on your side. Adding to my frustration, I have been informed that I am being handed over for collection, which is both unjust and unwarranted. All fees reflected on the statement consist solely of bank charges. This account has been inactive and should be considered closed. I request that FNB: Immediately correct the status of this account and confirm its closure. Reverse all charges app**** to this inactive account. Cease any collection activity related to these charges and ensure that no further fees are accrued. I trust that FNB will take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly to avoid any further unnecessary escalation. Please respond within seven working days to confirm the corrective measures taken. Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter. Dear Stadio University Team, I hope this review finds you well. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to Stadio University and, in particular, to Vandhana for the incredible support and care I have received during my educational journey with you. My journey with Stadio has truly been a dream come true. As a single mother, I waited 18 years to complete my degree, placing my sons’ needs above my own after their father passed away when they were just 3 years and 10 months old. Despite the challenges of navigating the system as a former special school student and the additional hurdles placed by the matriculation board, Stadio became my beacon of hope. Unisa’s foundation programme enabled me to pursue my studies, but the road to obtaining a matric exemption has been fraught with difficulties. Despite having a qualification higher than NQF Level 7 and completing the foundation programme, Unisa refused to provide the necessary letter for my matriculation exemption application simply because I am not registered with them for the upcoming year. However, Stadio and Vandhana, though not responsible for this process, stepped in with open arms and a willingness to assist when others failed me. Completing my four-year degree with Stadio has been an exceptional experience. The care, guidance, and dedication from your lecturers have been remarkable. The online assistance, structured classes, and clear expectations made the process not just manageable but enjoyable. Your holistic approach to student development prepared me thoroughly for the workforce. I would like to give special thanks to Vandhana, whose compassion and professionalism stood out during this challenging time. She embodies the values that make Stadio a nurturing and supportive environment for students. Thank you for being a source of unwavering support and for making my educational dream a reality. I will always recommend Stadio with a smile on my face and a peaceful heart, knowing how deeply you care about your students' success. With sincere gratitude and admiration,
