I encourage whoever reading this to never order anything from this Pharmadiv. They are running a ****, have experienced it also having ordered my product two weeks back and sent the proof of payment immediately but no response was given, the number provided does not get answered.

Unfair treatment and utter disappointment
So disappointed with Outsurance. A few months back I praised their services of how they handled my claim after an unlicensed person bumped into my car. Now I get a renewal letter from them informing me that my monthly premium will increase from around R1200 to R1700 due to the claim I made. This is ridiculous for lack of a better word, the accident was not even my fault. I am definitely cancelling my policy with them and moving to King Price as they have always tried to poach me but I insisted with staying with Outsurance as I was ‘pleased’, not knowing what I know now🚮

I advice anyone reading this to not purchase any fragrance from superbalist. I recently bought the Bulgari Terrae Essence on a notion that it was on special for R1677, I only read some reviews aftwr I had paid and they have a non-returnable policy so it’s money down the drain for me. Never again buying a single product from this online store, be it a fragrance or clothing item. 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮

Terrible service and lack if maintenance
Wimpy Ninapark Square cannot have only 3 waiters during month end periods, the service was pathetic and you could see the waiters are trying their best but cannot cover all tables at once, their plugs also needs maintenance due to vandalism, cannot find an option to attach a picture here

Satisfied client!
Easy beats panelbeaters in Pretoria North does a sterling job and within a reasonable period of time. Oom Olie and his capable team really go out of their way to give you good decent results, the admin staff is also very friendly. 5 stars to the group👌🏼

OUTstanding Service!
OUTsurance has just gained a loyal client with me, from the 25th March when someone bumped my car their service has been up to par and the claim process was seamless, the client advisors and Sophia Kgoele at the Montana assessment centre have been way too kind and thorough in their work. The panelbeaters asigned for the repairs did a sterling job and within a short period of time, keep up the good service!!!!

Excellent service.
The service with the bookstore was efficient and thorough. No sense of being confused from the point whereby I requested a quotation to the day I received my deliveries. I went onto their website to get their email address which I sent an email with a list of all my prescribed textbooks and they were very fast with their response, and facilitating the payment was also much easier.

Best service received.
Katlego M from the retentions department ensured I get the best deal. My initial phone call was to cancel my policy but after speaking to her she saved me around R500 pm. Excellent service, now I don't see myself leaving Outsurance for another insurer.
