I'm writing my concern on the standard bank vehicle finance. Last year in November they debited twice in my bank account, when I phoned them they agreed that it was a mistake on their side so I can go to the bank and request a reversal, I arrange with them to keep the money so that it will cover the next installment that will go in November 2025. I was so surprised when I see them trying to run another debit order in December while we have a agreement, as from today sitting in a position where by my account is in areas my credit score including credit record has been affected while I paid them twice in November. I have been phoning them to raise my concern and they keep telling me that my issue has been excelated.

I bought a ford ranger from them this year June after a few month the water comes inside the roof when it raining, i contact them they advice me to fix it. When i start the car in the morning the car has a hard start does not want to start i contact them they advice me to sent the car to any RMI approved workshop since the car is still under warranty. I pay for a towing truck to take my car to the workshop the diagnosis was done and the work ask me to pay for running other test on the car, The faulty was found the quotation was sent to the warrant (Innovation group warranty) and the claim was rejected. I contact a dealer to take responsibility and now it a back and forth they did not come with a clear way forward and i also request for termination of contract they told me that they are still trying to resolve the issue.
