Good afternoon sir/ Madam As an MTN customer I am not happy with the service I got my phone was Google locked I put my Sim card in a small button phone that is not a smart phone but when I request Google to send me a one Tim pin it didn't come to my number so I had to takeout of a small phone and I had to borrow a family member smartphone and put my Sim card in it then that is when I got my one time pin to fix my phone so can you please fix this problem you guys are have because what if I did not have a second smartphone close to what would have happened I would have been stuck
Good morning sir/Madam I love your honor phone they are very good phone the only problem I have is that your service center is are not available I wish you guys could stand alone in a mall you have your own place the second one is that in the south African market there are people that prefer round screen smart watch they don't prefer the square screen smart watch so I would love you guys to look in to the market about that that is why people are buying different brands of smart watches because of the round screen if you guys had the round screen as well your customer's would be happy
I am so disappointed in Huawei I love your smart watchs but I have the Huawei gt smart watch that came with the Huawei p30 pro smart phone but I am not using a Huawei phone I was using the Huawei gt smart watch on my iPhone se 1 generation and Samsung A03 Core it work fine it should notifications until I got the honor x5 plus phone it doesn't show any notification at all so I am so disappointed the only function it can not do is notifications and paring Bluetooth I don't see the name of the Huawei gt smart watch on my honor x5 plus phone but it says connected on my Huawei health app but no notification from honor x5 plus phone to the watch and Bluetooth not showing the name of the Huawei gt smart watch
i love the honor phones the only thing that I am disappointed is that you guys don't have the round screen smart watch available in south africa but on your honor health app you do have the round screen smart watch available so I would love you guys to fix your problem there are some people that love the square screen and other people that want the round screen smart watch I love the round screen smart watch but it is not in south africa that is my disappointment if there is the round screen smart watch available in south africa I would have run a bought it do you know that you can put more fixtures in the round screen smart watch

I have a problem with DStv my mother took dstve and her dstv is not working at all it is the primary decoder and secondary decoder the 2 decoders was working before but now it is not working at all so my mother calld them and they fixed it it for 3 minutes then it stops working there is an error message E43-30 it say the cables are having problems but all this time it was working fine and they say my mother must call a technician and the technician must be paid by my mather so is my mother paying for a service that is not working
I have a problem with caption bank I use to have a subscription with Spotify and I didn't not pay them because I don't have money in my capitec bank account but when I put 50 in my account they used to take R3 and they did not explain to me until I called capitec to found out what the money is for they said it not getting money in my account for Spotify that is why it was charging me so I am not happy

But now it says the Sim card is not working when I call telkom using another Sim card they say my number is deactivated but I did recar it but they say is deactivated and not Received anymore mara why don't telkom do this to me
