I am writing to express my frustration with the recent service I have received from Vodacom. Two technicians were sent to my house to connect my WiFi, yet, unfortunately, nothing has been done successfully. I've tried reaching out to the call centre to escalate the issue, but I have not received any feedback from TT Connect or Vodacom. I have explained my situation multiple times – I moved from one apartment to another and need a simple change in my WiFi connection. However, the service has been nothing short of pathetic. Could you please look into this matter urgently and provide me with a resolution? Your prompt attention and assistance would be greatly appreciated. I sent pictures to Busisiwe Mzinzi to escalate to TT connect she didn’t come back with feedback I call Jaftha from to connect he ignored calls and he’s one of the guys who said my network will be back after 10 min to 30 min
I’m so angry 😡 Dicovery does administration for Libcare and I joined vitality.From February both discovery and Libcare are not debiting my account I’ve been paying via eft and I sent pop this email address administration@discovery.co.za and enquiries@libcare.co.za and the money was not allocated from both parties. Libcare consultant called me and said she’ll come back with feedback and she didn’t.Today Virgin active debited my account R2905 for gym. I want my benefits and my refund. Everyone from Libcare doesn’t know about the debit order but it’s their reference on my statement meaning they are responsible to debit my vitality benefits

My internet went down on 18 December 2024 they sent technician to install router which he couldn’t configure it .I called the call centre still didn’t get assistance it's been more then 7 days.I you can't even send us updates as to what is going on, this is very poor service, just stating that you don't receive updates . I done I want the cancelled
