Dear Practice Manager, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a serious breach of my personal information by a receptionist at Dr Minaar’s practice, Wilma. I called this morning and spoke to Claudette. Wilma accessed my details from the practice files and disclosed them to telemarketers despite the fact that she does not know me personally and had no legitimate reason to access or share my information. This is a clear violation of patient confidentiality, privacy laws, and professional standards. I am extremely concerned about how my personal information was handled and the lack of safeguards to prevent this type of misconduct. I request: A full investigation into this incident. Written explanation from Wilma Confirmation that my personal information is now secure and will not be misused again. Please treat this matter with urgency and seriousness. I expect a formal response within a reasonable timeframe.
The service from the consultants is outstanding, the product offering its self saves us a lot of money. I’ve been getting a lot of insurers trying to match the PMD benefits but couldn’t. I’m happy to be a customer to this group.
Sr220317-758652 Vodacom doesn’t care, it’s been 6 days with no internet, I have been calling daily to follow up and all I get is that someone will call, it’s been escalated. We depend on internet in almost everything in the house including work and school. Not even a single call, we are being treated like we don’t pay for this service. Vodacom has never paid attention to their customers in any case but I need this sorted urgently.
Capitec handed over our account while it was under debt review and now they saying we need to deal with the attorneys as everything is with them. We asked them why the account was handed over, they say because they were not getting payments, we gave them proof of payments and all they can say is that the matter has been handed over they have got nothing to say. Capitec was given proof that the loan payments were being made, they had no right to hand over the account. I need a written response from them so I can take this further. NCR has advised that Capitec had no right to cancel the debt review proposal because there was a court order in place. I need feedback from this.
Capitec handed over our account even thought they were getting monthly payments with no delays. We reported the matter and have been waiting for them to provide feedback, it's been 3 weeks now with nothing. Last week I sent to their complaints email address, it was as usual ignored with not even an acknowledgment. Our credit record has been messed up because of what Capitec did. We need a response from the clarifying why they handed over our account.
The pain and heartache that Sindi’s Best for All company brought on my wedding day and after that showed that she does not care, she lies and she does not care for as long as the money is on her side. She has now stopped answering my calls and messages because I’m asking for refund and receipts as per our agreement with Sindi. I have tried on numerous occasions to meet and discuss the disaster at my wedding but she chose to ignore my efforts at the end. I’ve called and sent her messages with no luck. She did not deliver the services she promised to us when we met for my wedding and now she is running away. She almost ****ed my guests including the love of my life that I married on my wedding, people got sick we had to run to chemists, my children were sick and she didn’t seem to care at all when I notified her. The food was late, the wedding program got till the end with not even a starter as agreed, some of the guests left without eating, she messed up my whole program with not even a single apology from her. Apart from her many lies on the day she didn’t have transport to deliver to the venue, the embarrassment of having to use our guests’ cars to fetch food, again she was arrogant, cheeky and drunk when we asked her. She left my house dirty with all the stuff she was using but she asked me for black plastic bags that I had to use and clean up after her team myself, right after my wedding day I had to clean. She is refusing to provide receipts as agreed of the money I and my husband gave her, she has been giving one story after the other. She made fools out of us and told us to meet at The Glen Mall then switched her phone off when we got there, she then promised to refund my petrol and I sent her the receipt which she again ignored. This is just a few of her lies I’m stating here. She cooked for us for food tasting then handed over to her team who can’t cook to cook for my wedding. It was a disaster, I never even ate that is why I was the only one that did not get sick. Sindi ruined what was meant to be the perfect day of my life and not even once has she ever shown remorse throughout my patience. We paid her an amount of R7000 for her services apart from the groceries that we had to buy which she left some of it lying in my garage uncovered with flies all over and we had to throw it away. We paid her and she did not deliver as promised, not even one thing was done right by her. I have also sent her an email asking for my refund and I know she will ignore it. Her phone works perfectly well when you still owe her but once your balance is settled then she changes her tune and make extra demands that were not on the initial agreement knowing very well that you do not have another choice but to give her the money.
I returned an item with a defect back to Identity Store Festival mall on the 29.12.2018 and I was told by Siphiwe that it only takes 7 days to resolve and she will give me a call. To this day I have had not a single phone call from her, I'm the one who's been following up from the 7th day until now, everyday when I call it's the same story, The Quality Control division hasn't come back to them yet and I must wait indefinately. Yesterday I call the HO to complain and they again connected me to the store with the same person who apologised which is the only song she sings ever since, she then promised to call this QC division and get back to me, guess what, she didn't bother calling until now. This is the most pathetic worst service I've ever had. I just want my refund and I will never buy from Identity again.
I placed an online order on 07.12.2018 from Makro for my kids' Christmas presents, 7-10 days came and passed with no notifcation or even a call to say what is going on. I had to go to Germiston and was told there was no stock, order was transfered to Woodmead who also happened to also have no stock. I had to do follow ups on my own and up until today nobody has bothered and apparently there is still no stock and nobody cares to notify. Makro online services is pathetic especially the call centre, they never know what to say, it's like they just have standard answers to use. I have asked for a refund and DO NOT wish to bother with Makro online services again, it's a waste of time.
THIS IS MY 2ND COMPLAINT SINCE I HAVE HAD NO CALL OR FEEDBACK ON THE ONE POSTED LAST WEDNESDAY, I SEE THERE'S A LOT OF PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT REFUNDS, THIS COMPANY IS WELL KNOWN FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE WITH THEIR MONIES AFTER RENTING FROM THEM. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. YOUR BUSINESS IS PATHETIC WITH ALL THE EMPLOYEES WHO DOESN'T EVEN BOTHER CALLING PEOPLE BACK.
From the 11/08 we were told we will be refunded and it's almost end of August with no joy from the numerous calls that I make everyday for 3 weeks now. Ameena has never taken my calls from day one, email sent to her have never been answered. When I call even though I explain that she doesn't take her calls I get transferred to her in any case. I called again today and was given ********** 011 that's forever busy. I think this is how a client is treated when they have to refund someone.
