My parents who are in their 80's just bought an Alva gas heater from Game Centurion and when removed from the box the heater is damaged, and parts (the wheels) are missing. The Centurion store of Game is not answering their phone, and the main Game service center has NO supervisors / Managers available to assist a person who wants resolution. We want this heater collected and replaced with a new one that is complete. Game as a group need to sharpen their pencils!!!!!
Once again due to staff incompetence at Telkom my account is or has been suspended, is there not a single competent person working at Telkom?????
Can someone from Telkom who firstly knows how to listen and actually is fully conversant in the official business language of this country please explain to me why my account is suspended when the debit order went off and I do not owe Telkom any money???????
I placed an order and paid for it on the 4th of February and it is now the 11th of February and I have not received my order yet, I have received no feedback except for a single email confirming my purchase and giving me an order number, pathetic service!!!!

I am trying to call them to query a charge on my account and you get put in a loop, now I will have to drive to a Telkom mobile store and deal with their rude and *********** staff, there is literally no way to speak to a person at Telkom absolutely useless company, can’t wait to port to Vodacom and get decent service
And here I am 12 weeks after submitting a claim, one generic response to my first complaint and another phone call filled with platitudes and lies from alexander forbes!!! I have dealt with government departments that are easier to deal with and more effective and accountable, and to add insult to injury I will never see the interest that is being earned on my money in their bank account, this makes them *******.
I submitted my paperwork on the 25th of September 2024 for the payment of my pension over to myself, they only acknowledged it on the 7th of October, I am still waiting for the payment to take place, I have been **** to by staff there and every time I call their turn around times change. They are earning interest on my money that is lying in their bank account yet they deny this and act like it is not happening. You never get a straight answer out of any of their staff. I received an email stating that on the 27th of November the claim was sent for authorisation and payment and that it would take 5 to 7 working days now it is 7 to 14 working days, now I am curious as to what it will change to next week
The staff are always helpful and friendly, dealing with King Price always leaves me with a smile
