ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE – FROGFOOT & AXXESS My fibre has been down for 2 weeks and 4 days (almost 3 weeks), and despite countless calls and escalations to Axxess, the issue remains unresolved. Axxess continues to mark my faults as “resolved” without confirming whether my service is actually restored. I am still connected but with no internet access. I have spoken to over 20 different agents, and every time I am told the same thing: “Frogfoot needs to provision the line.” Yet nothing gets done. As my ISP, Axxess should be ensuring that the fault is properly resolved and that I am actually connected before closing the ticket. This has not happened. Frogfoot, on the other hand, has provided absolutely no assistance or accountability in this process. I work in the fibre industry myself, so I fully understand the correct process — the ISP should be managing the fault with the FNO until the customer is back online. Instead, I am being left without service for weeks, with no urgency from either party. Nearly 3 weeks without internet. Numerous escalations, no resolution. Zero accountability from Frogfoot. Extremely poor service from Axxess. If you are looking for unreliable service and endless frustration as a paying customer, Axxess and Frogfoot are the perfect choice.

Cormed Private hospital Vanderbijlpark has to be the most careless hospital I've encountered in my entire life! As a first-time mother, I welcomed my baby at Cormed Private Hospital on June 28, 2024. We were private patients and were charged R30,000 for the delivery of my son. I cannot believe how negligent and unprofessional the staff are there. On the day of my discharge, I inquired with my nurse about my baby's birth certificate, and she responded that they would call us when it was time to come register my baby. After three days, we called, and they told us to try again later. Two more days passed, and once again we called, only to be told to call them later. Two additional days passed, and we called again, only to learn that the nurse responsible for the birth certificate was on leave. When she returned, we reached out to her, and she requested my baby's information to verify the details. MY BABY WAS NOT EVEN IN THE SYSTEM; they had no record of the day he was born and were completely unaware that he had been born there. They had his file, but it had never been uploaded on the system. The nurse, upon returning from her leave, had to go and locate it. The explanation for this oversight was that a student nurse was in charge of my delivery and my baby's documentation. She expressed regret regarding the situation and mentioned that someone was meant to contact us about coming in for the birth certificates, but since it wasn’t uploaded into the system, we did not receive a call. She apologized and referred us to the Matron of the hospital, Sister Bester. We needed to visit Home Affairs ourselves to obtain his birth certificate. That was not an issue, but we called repeatedly, and they never indicated that his file had not been captured, which is why we weren’t receiving a call to visit the hospital for his birth certificate. Once this matter was finally resolved, I believed at least we were finished with the hospital and could move on with our lives. On the day I left the hospital, I inquired with my student nurse if my baby had received his BCG vaccine and OPVO oral medicine. She confidently assured me that he had received both, handed me his book, and we departed. I didn't verify his book because I had no reason to doubt her. However, once I got home, I noticed the book wasn’t signed. We called the hospital to clarify this, and they informed us that the student nurse likely forgot to sign the book, but assured us that my baby did receive his vaccinations. Please remember that we moved from Vaal to Durban and were informed that the next time we visit, we can simply bring the book for their signature since it is documented. My baby has reached six months, and we took him in for his vaccinations; the nurse mentioned that the hospital needs to sign for the first shots he received. We understand this requirement, but we have relocated. After our baby received his six-month vaccinations, we called the hospital to arrange a visit for them to sign the book, and we were told that HE DID NOT RECEIVE IT. As a first-time mother, I trusted the hospital and am devastated by the stress and anxiety I experienced there. We witnessed my son receiving a shot and some oral medication, but I was unaware that it was a different shot. I particularly asked my (student) nurse if my baby had received his required vaccinations and regarding his birth certificate before I left the hospital following my delivery. I was reassured that everything was correct and within protocol. So tell me, how can I be satisfied with the carelessness and treatment I got from this hospital? They made an already stressful situation ten times worse after I delivered a baby! They apologized and shifted the blame to another nurse each time we called—believe me, we definitely called them more than thirty times. Any expectant mother, especially a first-time mother, should not go to this hospital, in my opinion. I trusted this hospital, but they failed my baby and myself miserably. Cormed please let me know if this is the careless and repulsive treatment you give your patients??
If I could rate 0 I would!!! Pathetic service from Webafrica and Frogfoot When placing my order iniatially it took them 10 DAYS because they state they sent an OTP that I NEVER received. When contacting them and advising them of the issue the response was there is nothing they can do. We cancelled the order on my moms name and app**** on my name as they DO NOT ASSIST YOU. Once we FINALLY got the order approved they told me I will be waiting 3-5 days for installation and they will let us know when the line has been activated. I spoke to 6 DIFFERENT customer care agents at Webafrica and each time they provide me with a different waiting period. Today I followed up again and was told frogfoot has a freeze period at the moment, I understand since its the holidays. But the 18 DAYS that went past are you telling me they could not get me installed and activated? Now I have to wait until January. I have NEVER seen such pathetic and terrible service, they do not CARE at all. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you want your blood pressure through the roof try speaking to an *********** customer care agent at WEBAFRICA!!!!!!!!!!!! They took my payment immediately but its 18 days in and I am still buying data daily. Ridiculous!!!!
