Pro mac paint-not gloss enamel just oil in a bucket
Promac Paints Gloss Enamel 5L - Dark Admiralty Grey Bad coverage -paint colour and solvent don't mix well it's more oil in the bucket and not enamel paint,the paint colour and solvent seperate and don't mix well no matter how long your stir it. we opened the paint and tested it on a small part of the door frame and didn't use it further after seeing that it's not covering properly as they advertised,I send it back to Takealot because it means it's defective cause it doesn't do the work they promise,And now they refuse to refund me saying I opened the product but how else would I have known that their paint is a bad quality if I had not opened it to test it. The paint was not used the bucket is still full we just tested it on a small area.

Defective paint not refunded by Takealot
I bought paint from Takealot we opened the paint and tested it on a small part of the door frame and didn't use it further after seeing that it's not covering properly as they advertised,I send it back to Takealot because it means it's defective cause it doesn't do the work they promise,And now they refuse to refund me saying I opened the product but how else would I have known that their paint is a bad quality if I had not opened it to test it. The paint was not used the bucket is still full we just tested it on a small area.

No urgency on delivery and customer satisfaction
I ordered a sliding door on 8 January 2025 and noticed after a week no delivery on my order.I contacted the store they said the door is still been made.I waited another week and sent an email they said they will deliver the door 06 February 2025. Yesterday 6 February no delivery and I called the store I was promised they would call me back and till today no call received. I called today they say they will deliver next week Thursday,now what is really frustrating is having to tell your contractor to come back every different day and they complain about you making them postpone other jobs for you only for you to turn them back. Leroy Merlin doesn't care about the customer satisfaction they only care about making a sale,I once had an issue on curtain rods I bought from them they never resolved my matter. I am really disappointed in how they show no urgency on delivery and resolving customer issues.😡😡😡😡

Worst ever😭😭
Since this box was installed I can't load electricity on it and when you call their customer service they don't answer.One can just imagine how worse it will become when the whole of SA is having these installed we really need to alert other people not to allow these people to install these boxes in their homes until they can sort out the issues we are currently experiencing😡😡

Seems to be a **** online store
Online store seems to be a ****.I bought the Denver stylo wall hung vanity on 8 January 2025 I received an email that payment was received by them but up to now I have not received my order or any further information about delivery date and time.I send email and call but cannot get through to them.My money is gone
