The absolute WORST courier service! DO NOT EVER USE THEM! Judging by the rest of the complaints on Hellopeter, the disgusting service is clearly a norm with Pargo! It’s now one full month and my package has still not been delivered to my customer. First, Pargo claimed that my package was “missing” (which seems to be their standard EXCUSE for their delay and useless service) then I was told a different story everyday. Now, my e-mails are being completely ignored by Pargo and I have no clue where my package is and have received no updates! I can’t understand how such low-budget courier services are allowed to still operate in this country!!! They are ****ming customers!
Rude & ****** Cashiers. I’ve sent my complaint via e-mail several times and it’s been completely ignored…which proves me right. They condone their rude staff’s behaviour towards certain races!
Experienced the worst & most unprofessional service from the manager at the hotel in Fourways. Staff clearly require more intense customer service training. She tried to prove some point to me, was absolutely rude in her responses and this was evidently an underlying issue of ******, whether it was direct or not! She can now go call my partner to complain about me as she gets a thrill out of causing unnecessary issues in relationships! Please go ahead…again!

Officially DONE supporting The Treat in Randburg. Staff are unprofessional & rude (because the owners allow it, of course) and the owner totally ignores complaints. The Treat is proof that if you pay for cheap job, that’s exactly what you’re going to get. The owners used to be professional and humble, but since their business has begun expanding, they treat their long-standing clients with utter disrespect. I mean, they clearly no longer need our business. If the staff aren’t gossiping about you in their own language whilst you’re sitting in front of them, then they are making your nail-beds bleed from the cheap nail files used, filing your nails too short because they are more focused on chatting to their buddies instead of on their job, or applying gel in all directions so that it’s completely uneven! Cheap or not, we are PAYING FOR A SERVICE! The staff get away with whatever they feel like at the Randburg branch. It’s a circus! They clearly just hire anyone off the street.
For one of the more exclusive branches, the calibre of employees is a joke! Their attitude alone explains the pathetic service they offer. The first employee was busy packing tops onto the rail. She saw that I wanted to find my size and purchase a top which was next to the rail she was packing, yet she refused to move and continued blocking my way. I had to stand there for nearly 10 minutes, waiting for her to move! I’ve never experienced such disrespect from a worker. But then again, it boils down to entitlement and attitude! The cashiers at the pay-point, were all behaving like immature school kids and the one who assisted me, had the rudest, unfriendly attitude ever! Do you guys actually train staff on CUSTOMER SERVICE or just pick anyone off the street and give them a job?!
I “cancelled” my service with Rain at the end of November 2024 already and have NOT used the router at all because I relocated. I have sent messages via the Rain App, via e-mail (which never ever works) and also via Whatsapp, reminding them of my CANCELLATION and to collect their router from my new address. I have proof of this communication! Rain decided to just debit my bank account, for the amount of R595 for January 2025, WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION or without even acknowledging my CANCELLATION REQUEST for over a month now! This is *****! I WANT A REFUND, of my hard earned money, immediately! I have submitted a cancellation in advance, which Rain has intentionally ignored and now quick to debit my account without permission! I will not pay for a service I have not used in a long time now, which I’m sure Rain has record of. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Worst service provider ever! The useless app doesn’t even allow me to delete my banking details, which means that Rain will continue to, *******ly, debit my bank account whenever they feel like?!!!
