RAIN has to be the worst , I Don't know whether they're learning to **** with us.. 6months ago I put I'm an enquiry about my account and I till now they have not ended the mistake in my account, if they expect me to pay that, they're joking.
Rain has such horrible client service even after I have left them , I had a subscription which I cancelled owing R1500, I have been calling Rain to make an arrangement to pay this money but looks like they're playing hide and seek with me. The last time I called was last week, I was made to hold for 20 minutes until my airtime ran out. I don't know what's so hard about making an arrangement or they enjoy ruining people's names.
Join Slater gym at your own risk, the agreed deduction date is the 1st and the money has been been sitting in my account then all of a sudden I get a text saying I missed a payment and because of that I will pay an extra R50 , for what when the money is in my account but was never deducted??? Is this a **** to collect these R50??? Tasteless...

You would not want such inconvenience in a season that requires replies and existing customer care.
I'm so disappointed with Makro for selling me an old rusted a d broken Gazebo. The Gazebo was delivered last week Wednesday and I returned it the following day, the Gazebo had rusted legs and one of the legs was broken and bent and I needed to use that Gazebo on the 27th of this month.. I kindly need my refund urgently so I can buy another Gazebo.
Rain is becoming impossible to deal it, last month and this month they have not loaded my data and minutes on one of my son cards and when I call they're giving me the run around, od be made to hold for more than 30min then they'll drop the call.
I am not happy with how Rain is all of a sudden treating me, i have been using Rain since 2019, Nov 2024 i upgraded from the R280 package to the R625 package, when i upgraded i received a coupon of R300 which i was promised will be credited to my account and it was not credited. R280 was deducted while i had already cancelled the plan. i found myself paying R1,536 instead of paying R956.00. I called Rain countless times with no assistance, each time i call i would be told someone will get back to me regarding my matter. I demand a refund of my R280 and credit of my R300 coupon.
