Unhappy customer
The experience was satisfactory, but I was surprised when the waiter informed us that tipping was mandatory. As a customer, I understand the importance of voluntarily tipping service staff. However, being compelled to tip and threatened with restricted exit by bouncers if a tip was not provided significantly detracted from the overall experience. Consequently, I do not anticipate returning to this establishment, primarily due to the service encounter.

Indrive is not safe some drivers
The driver's behavior created an unsafe and hostile environment for both myself and my partner. Despite accepting the fare, he attempted to abandon us on the highway due to a dispute over payment. His actions escalated to verbal abuse, including demanding payment of R190. This conduct is unacceptable, and such an individual should be removed from the platform. To the point that law enforcement had to be involved because he had held us at gunpoint, which made us feel completely uncomfortable. Be aware of this drive's number plate (CM99YFGP).

Bad service, unhappy customer, want a refund.
I received a damaged dress, and their response to my complaint was that I would be responsible for return shipping costs to receive a refund or exchange. This is contrary to their stated policy and, to date, I have not received a resolution.
