Your life is in their hands
Your life depends on them , their expertise, professionalism and devotion. IF there is the tiniest snag , they find it and fix it. Owner Gauillome ( a genius in his trade) always helps and attends to everything immediately , no mater what time of the day, and his Chief Engineer , Robert, yesterday gave me a mouthful, as he pointed out something insignificant to me which they will rectify on my R44, and i told him.. ahhhh what , don't worry about that, its just a cosmetic thing - and he snapped : "Dear Mike, There is only ONE WAY my friend and its the right way, period !" Thinking of that afterwards i must admit, he was right and i was an Idiot. well done Guys , i feel safe in your hands Mike

Most honest man of his word
Louis, the Boss of Millstock, is known and highly regarded in the industry, as the most honest and trustworthy Dealer. His word is his deed. no matter what . He again yesterday proved his legacy and honesty. He could have made a much better deal but regardless, he stuck to his original word and commitment. Rude and arrogant- hostile
all stores in VA open at 9am - except "arrogant Louis Vuitton", the plastic bag maker. Needed a birthday gift for my wife, who shops a lot there . At 9:30h although all staff were there doing nothing, just standing around . door was slammed in my face and an untrained and rude women and a unpleasant security guard commanded me to come back at 10h- but in a totally aggressive , unacceptable tone and manner. they are unbearable snobbish and incompetent- trying to be elegant and noble, but rather the opposite, its disgusting. I left and will spend the R 35.000 somewhere else on something else. Yep, this Staff does not care anyhow, as they get paid obviously, no matter what . Save your money, Ladies and don't get ripped off and treated harshly- rather stay away . We don't need that Dr. Michael Honsa CEO The Honsagroup

Ethic and honest auction leaders
We are high end car dealers, and from all the aution houses out there, I find that AUCOR, under the leader ship and ethics of Leaders like Machiel and Fani, is the one i can recommend most, as they stand for accountability and not just hide behind the usual "IT's and Auction" excuse. You wait hours on the phone just to be kicked out, Noone reachable, Noone helps - and no one calls you back ever. stay away this is the worst nightmare of all banks, and I have big accounts with all of them dr. A nightmare from A to Z
I own a BMW 650i Cabrio and a BMW X6 - ( so top of the class)<br> <br> Their service department is a pure nightmare. Every time you bring a car in, it takes forever, and when back, nothing is fixed, or the wrong thing is fixed and 2 more things broken. So back again and wait another 2 to 3 weeks, which costs me valuable Motor plan time. They steal the time this way basically.<br> <br> I was finally promised a courtesy car after i brought the 650i Convertible back for the 3rd time, 2 weeks again, never received the courtesy car of course - ( promised by the DP even)- Geraldine is the biggest Liar of them all. Promised but never done anything - as always. Ignores you till you give up.<br> <br> They never call back - Ignores everything and have all kind of excuses all the time<br> I tried to complain - no one bothered to listen or come back to me. Never heard from them.<br> <br> Stay away from BMW Auto Atlantic in Town - look at their Hello Peter record. All negative - There is a reason !!!<br> <br> The workshop and the Mechanics there are totally incompetent and do not care an inch. the Customer does not matter to them. an incredible policeman
Very seldom a positive story about SA - Police. Now here is one:<br> <br> Insp. Maxwell van Dyk, from Sea Point Police station. He is in my eyes, and in the eyes of our community a true hero.<br> <br> That's how a policeman should be. He helped in so many matters already, small and big, and too many to mention, he is devoted to his duties and highly motivated. Always friendly, and extremely competent!<br> <br> If we need anything, we just call him, he is always there and helps immediately, with everything. Never accepts even a Thank You or a small Gratuity, no matter how much he goes out of his way- he always smiles and say : \It's my Job - Thats what I am here for !\" .. Can you believe that ? No? extremly rude and insulting
Petra Fischer the nightmare Employee<br> <br> Edgars has over 3000 complaints in a year, only very few positive ( 6%). <br> <br> Rude and arrogant Employees like Petra Fischer and a total incompetent management at the V&A store are the main reason.<br> <br> They lost a new phone (we bought a few for Charity before Christmas- one was faulty) which was brought back because faulty, since 3 month they give my wife, who goes there regularly to sort it out, only lies, and excuses, but no new phone or replacements. Never take any calls or call back - just ignoring customers they are basically stealing from, and cause further damage through ignorance and arrogance. <br> <br> The cherry of the cake is that Petra Fischer insulted my wife , (who holds an University degree, by the way!), by calling her stupid. Let her wait for 30 minutes every time and ignoring her rudely. <br> <br> Management there is as useless and ignorant, and of no help at all. a True Paradies in the middle of No-Where

But when I entered your PARADIES--, which you call \Jakhalsdans Guest Farm\", I did see the next dimension of Beauty and Tranquillity.<br> <br> 16.000ha with even a lake , big enough to water-ski, the house is a mansion and the garden and trees are manicured to perfection, - but that is not even the best of it all.<br> <br> The relaxed aura and good vibe is everywhere there - you arrive and feel immediately at home, as you were born there. All of you are so supernatural nice and sweet, and it comes from the heart.
