Horrible Customer Service
Bought a mirror from them. It got delivered on Monday 02 January 2026, the item was broken. Informed the seller, but I’m still stuck with a broken mirror and no communication as she won’t take my calls.

Order cancelled without notice
I have items purchased at Leroy Merlin Roodepoort. I called your call centre to arrange for delivery, and to my surprise my order was cancelled and apparently “refunded” into a voucher. I was not informed of the cancellation, nor did I receive the voucher . My request is for me to get all the orders I paid for . Please find all the references for the calls made and emails sent with no resolution. 1100053 1100961 1101975 1107232 1102046 This enquiry has been sitting with one of your agents , Musa Manganyi for the longest time, and no communication is passed on any findings. Hope to get a response from you soon.
