Very bad service I asked to open 2 new contracts in March 2025 but it almost took a month for the device to arrive when I called back to find out what is taking so long I came through to another consultant she then added another two lines onto my account and suddenly the 31st of march I received two devices and simcards and just after tjat two days later anotjer two when I contacted them stating that I now have 4 devices and simcards Sanchia told me that I will not be billed extra for the lines that Lucky also activated and now I am I am paying for four lines when I queried again they gave me an email to sort this out on and still nothing has happened they are now ignoring my mails
Good day I have terrible service with Vodacom we have a company and we have contracts for the camera systems they keep upgrading these lines via online xmnds and our company is really losing money now beacuse of the prices that they keep making note exprnsive and packages that they put us on that is not even being used we would like someone to contact us immediately because they send you up and down and calls are being dripped and no one wants to take responsibility and reverse these so we can correctly be billed by customers
I would just like to give a big shout out and n high thanks to Claudia from Debtmend who assisted me with all my stuff within a few hours she was so helpful and offered that If I struggle with something I must whatsapp her and then she will assist with loading docs ect She really gave me the best service that I have ever received from any company Well done Claudia
I will never buy from Makro online again or choose this courier company as someone to courier my goods in the future I wasted R200 airtime just to get through to dpd laser only to ask where my order is it was stated that my order was received on friday at dpd and this is what Makro also told me then I was told that my order is in middelburg and wheb I asked if I can pick this up myself It was back in Johannesburg I did call yesterday aswell and I was told that my order will be delivered today and it wasnt I had to go and buy the stationary again as I needed this for the 11th and it was stated on dpd lasers app it will be delivered today they also promised me this today and that it was already with the van I got a mail at 2 o clock that its still in JHB Never ever again
Good day I ordered a bed in store online on the 21st of December I was rold that I eould be called when my order arrives The next day on the 22nd I got a mail that my order status is on Ready to ship and I got a tracking number when I go online to track my order it states that the order and shippimg details are not coreect When I call they just say that its not there they cant gove ne an estimate or an answer as to where it is Kind regards
I had very bad experience with Makro Online I placed my order on the 21st of December and still I haven't received my order all stock ordered was in stock because I did check on availability as these items are school items ordered and I needed them before the 11th I logged numerous calls and received a call back only on the 5th of Jan which they told me that they'll give me a call back and still I dont have any answers I need the school supplies before wednesday before the schools start they we're incredible specials thats why I ordered online but this has been a huge disappointment Orders packed but not being delivered
