There was a small defect (missed by their QA) on the first car issued to me, but this was quickly remedied by supplying a new car. 2. There was no water in the window washer.

I lodged a Home Owners cover claim on 13 February 2025. The service provider appointed by them submitted their report on 28 February 2025. I have sent emails on 17 March 2025, 9 April 2025 and 23 April 2025 requesting an update on the claim, but to date have just received automated replies confirming my emails were received.
I placed an online order for a laptop computer at 21h50 on 12 December. The correct item was delivered less than 24 hours later (by The Courier Guy) at 15h35 on 13 December.
I received good service from GasMart at Southgate Value Mart to install a new gas stove in my renovated kitchen. I found the guidance given to me by Morne in terms of the legal requirements of the installation much more accurate and complete compared to other installers I approached. I will certainly use them again if the need arises.
During April and May this year I made several visits to CTM Southgate to buy tiles and other items for our kitchen renovations. Each time I walked in, there was someone on hand to offer assistance. I found all the staff friendly and helpful - they also have a great point of sale system that allows the staff to help you anywhere in the warehouse. Particular thanks to Fifi who helped us select our tiles and Hloni who made sure the 3 trailer loads of purchases got loaded up.
I made use of SNS Plumbing and Projects, Kibler Park, for the plumbing work, general building tasks and a VERY NEAT tiling job for my kitchen renovation. I appreciated the personal supervision by the owner and high quality of work by all his teams. Problems that cropped up were quickly solved and the project was completed on time. I will certainly continue to make use of them.
I used CVG to do the cupboards for our kitchen renovation. I found Ismail very responsive to my needs and helpful in preparing the design and quote. The installation was neatly done, with the installation team anticipating possible problems and making the necessary adjustments in time. The whole project was completed on time at a competitive price. I will certainly consider using them again if I have another project.
I have made use of Great South Autobody in Booysens on 4 occasions over the past few years, and each time my experience was awesome - I specifically asked my insurance company to place the repair here based on my previous experience. The quality of work is great, the arrangements made by the office staff is very efficient and the availability of a courtesy car made my life a lot easier.
We received a call from an operator offering an improvement on our Telkom internet connection, and who had all the details of our Telkom account, but turned out to be from 'mobile talk'. When we followed up at a Telkom office, we were told that 'mobile talk' are third party and the contract from 'mobile talk' has got nothing to do with our Telkom account. The Telkom office provided a telephone number which proved to be useless. The delivery documentation from 'mobile talk' contained NO contact details and their website (www.mobiletalk.co.za) consists of a single page with only a contact number - no business address is supplied anywhere. Why is Telkom sharing our personal information and information relating to our services at Telkom with such a company (or any other company for that matter).
