Great Service. I ordered base and mattresses online a week ago, i was a bit disappointed when i got a call the following day that they do not have stock and will keep in touch with regards to the process of getting stock from the manufacturer and deliver. I was kept in the loop and about a week later i got a call for delivery the following day. I was happy. The only issue i have is with the delivery service. I sent an email the morning of the delivery asking to be notified about 30 minutes before they will arrive at my house because for obvious reasons one cannot sit the whole day at home "waiting for a delivery". Not in 2021. The delivery guys called me when they were at the gate around 16:30. At that moment i was on my way to pick-up the kids from school. I told them i am about 10 to 15 minutes away and will be there shortly. 5 minutes later they send an SMS that they are on time and cannot just sit there waiting. I told them you were supposed to call me before so that i can stay and wait and if you cannot wait you can leave. They tried to force the issue of leaving the beds with my very rude neighbour that does not even greet me. I said no you will have to wait. In the meantime traffic was 3 times worse that day. I told them to leave and they will deliver the following day... They said they will either be in trouble or i will be charged for another delivery. The guys did wait for me to get there. I really do not blame them. They told me they call when leaving the previous delivery address which happened to be only a kilometre away from my house. I asked them what time did you leave the warehouse and they said 14:45. So to The Mattress Warehouse, it would have been great if I was called at 14:45 when the guys were leaving the warehouse to avoid frustrations.
Poor, poor service from Webafrica fibre. Last year during the lockdowns my free to use router stopped working. I was in contact with them for 3 months to no avail. I got frustrated and cancelled my service. I had since moved house and decided to try them again because of their prices. Wow... i made the order 3 weeks ago and to this day they do not know my address. I gave it to them a million times, gave them the ERF address, sent images or where the house is, done every thing i could but they still tell me the address cannot be found in the Metrofibre portal. I go to the Metrofibre website, try to place the order directly with them and i put the same address, viola... Metrofibre recognises the address and I am able to proceed. I will never try them again and everyone please do not be fooled by theiir cheap prices. You will have to labour to either get or use their services..... Also as advice to them, should all your support go via Whatsapp... I mean the "working from home" excuse expired months ago.
Ooh my gosh guys please stay aways from this dealership. Really, really bad service. I took my F30 328i there for service, I have topped up coolant a few times in the last 6 months which I have never had to do in 5 years of owning this car. When I got there the service advisor asked me if there is anything I would like them to check when they did the requested service. I told him about the coolant top ups. Later that they I got a quote from them which I did not accept. The I went in later in the afternoon to collect my car. I was told it was in for testing. After 2 hours of waiting I was told the car was not ready and I must come back the following day. When I did come back I had to wait again. Eventually after I got the car, I drove for about 5KM and the coolant warning came on. As soon as I got to where I was going I checked and found that the coolant was over filled. As if that was not enough a Club Motors Fountains sticker was affixed on my car without my approval. I have had this car in and out of dealerships for over 5 years and never have any dealership feel the entitlement to affix a sticker on my car. Please guys do stay away. As I was waiting for the car on the first day I saw 2 women also complaining that they have never received such bad service. I am taking my car to another dealership for fixing their mess.
I pay my DSTV account using their self service website. Last month they charged my bank account a debit order which I did not request. This month on self service my balance remained 0 for a few days around the end of the month. Being a busy bee I forgot about it. Today when I check again I have been charged a reconnection free. This is such a scam. Is this now their way of forcing me to pay by debit order which I can’t. I am absolutely not paying a reconnection fee. This is happening for the second time this year. You would think the 904 premium subscription fee is enough but they still want more. I spoke to Nompumelelo on their call center a few moments ago and she says it’s my fault I did not enquire when the balance was 0. I told them I was worried they would debit my account again and she says it’s not her fault. I have had enough of this people. Maybe we all should consider leaving this thing.
I bought cheese at Checkers Raslouw this afternoon. The shelf price was 59.99 and was said to be on special. The till price was 84.99. Luckily i saw that and i showed the cashier who inturn showed her supervisor. 1. The supervisor was not interested at all, showed me printed specials that the cheese was not on special. I then asked for the manager who also came with a bad attitude. They eventually refunded my 25 bucks. This was not happening for the first time at that store and it was now the third time in as many months i paid the price that was not advertised on the shelf. Unfortunately i only managed to see on 3 occations. Just wondering which of the items on my weekly trolley are actually tilled at the advertised price. No more Checkers Raslouw for me.
