If you're a landlord, I strongly advise steering clear of Only Realty. My experience with them managing my rental flat has been incredibly frustrating. Over the past few years, they’ve repeatedly overpaid both the City of Johannesburg and the managing agents, citing that the surplus would be credited to my account — yet these supposed "credits" have never materialised. A former tenant caused significant damage to my unit and left without paying their final month’s rent. Only Realty took no action whatsoever and allowed them to vacate freely. Communication is another major issue — for every dozen emails sent, you’re lucky to receive a vague, one-line response. Phone calls go unanswered entirely. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and general mismanagement make them completely unfit for property management. Landlords deserve better.
I returned my rental on 3 February, it was a courtesy car from Insurance, i paid the R2000 deposit on collection of the car. it has been nearly 14 days since returning it and the money has not been reversed. i called Avis who told me to call Discovery Bank, Discovery Bank told me to call Avis. i have been stuck in a loop with them for nearly an hour. I do not care what their protocol is, just give me back my money!
An absolute ****! the technicians came to our home 3 weeks ago to repair a leaking dishwasher, when the left, the dishwasher was still leaking and somehow, so was the washing machine, we called them back, and they said that, they tried to move the washing machine and it "must have moved something" and that the seals were broken and needed to be replaced on the dishwasher, they told us we needed to pay in advance for the seal and they would return later that week. we are still waiting, 3 weeks later. i contacted the owner who said he knows nothing about this and will not have anything to do with it. Avoid this business at all costs. Leon & Chris are **** artists!
Excellent Service received by Riona Lalbiharry & George Mashau at Cartrack. a replacement unit was fitted in my vehicle. excellent communication and brilliant service, i appreciate the follow up call to ensure that all was in order

Absolutely pathetic "Service" My accounts (barr my Home loan) have all been settled and Paid Up letters were all sent in early June. I was advised that there would be a Clearance Letter sent to me within a week. After many mails sent regarding the status of the Clearance Letter, i have yet to receive any correspondence except that Nompulelo is dealing with it (never received a bit of correspondence from this person either). When i called in yesterday morning and spoke to Nerine (or Marine, i'm not sure), she advised that the Clearance letter had yet to be requested!!! who promised she would contact me by COB with an update, no call was received. Her reason for this is that there is an outstanding refund due to me by RCS, i would like to point out at that not once did Debtbusters respond on the countless emails i copied them on while i have been dealing with Consumerfriend with regards to this refund. I have already received the Paid Up letter from RCS which had already been sent to you in June and so the excuse for why the Clearance Letter as not been issued is void in my point of view. I have also requested numerous times that your direct deposit banking details and the admin fee amount be emailed to me as i have cancelled me debit order with Debtbusters once all the Paid Up Letters were sent. I have made countless calls and sent multiple emails to you, with 0 response! I spoke to another agent this morning, who advised that you are waiting for the Truworths paid up letter....something that has never been communicated to me, as i had paid Truworths directly in March, when i asked your team back in March and again in June whether i needed a Paid Up Letter for Truworths, i was told that i don't need one!! and now your story is that the Clearance letter is being held up because of this!!! This agent also advised that she would email immediately with confirmation of the paid up letter as well as a commitment that Manager would call me back.....i have yet to receive that email! I have spent a lot of money on calls to your team, and what is evident is that there has been no progress at all!! How are you going to resolve this Debtbusters???????????
