These guys Sanlam Money Saver account is a complete waste of time. I would neer recommend then to anybody. I never get correcft information. they double debit stuff every month. Their mobile App never works. You can never login in and when you call these guys you hold on forever and waste your arrtime only to speak to people who have no clue and an't assist you at all. You mght as well be playing darts with your eyes closed with these people because their customers service is non-existent. Sometimes when you want to draw money even if you have money it doen'st allow you. When you want to sign for things it gets delcined even when you get money. These guys maybe just sell or close their business.
I had a bad experience once again with First National Bank and the eBucks. They took out R50 for my eBucks yet I did not spend that eBucks at all.
I had a terible on Friday 23 MAy 2025 yesterday experience at mall of All Pick n Pay. Which is a partner of FnB Bank. There is a special that was running for ths Friday today 23 may and end next Friday 30 May 2025. Where one per customers you can buy 5 ingredients to make burgers namely: Five Ingredients: The deal includes: PnP Burger Patties (Beef, Boerie, Cheese, or Pepper) PnP Bakery Buns Lettuce Mix Slicing Tomatoes Lancewood Processed Cheese Slices This is the terma and conditions. FNB and eBucks Integration: FNB customers with a Smart Shopper card linked to their eBucks profile can get the deal for R50. R50 Deal: To get the R50 deal, you need to: 1.Be an FNB customer. 2.Have a Smart Shopper card. 3.Link your Smart Shopper card to your eBucks profile in the FNB app or online banking. Anyway I am a FNb business account hpolder as well as an eBucks account holder and smart shoope r account holder and all are linked. I followed all the terms and conditions. I went to the fnB stand lady in the shop then went to the till and was told to pay R100 eventhough I met all conditins. Then I was told to go back to FnB person which I did and was told to open a brand new personal account with FnB just to get the deal. Needless to say I didn not becuas why pay bank fees every month when you already have an fnb account and are already paying the expensive business banking fees which is more than for a perosnal account anyway. I was told that I mus thtne try another till. I did and same thng it said R100. A supervisor was called and could not assist at all and told me to pay R100 like the other customewrd who do not have a FnB Bank account. I went once agina back to the Fnb Lady at the fnB stand at the Pick n pay shop and she called her manager who demaed that I open a brand new account evnethough I took a picture of the terms and conditions and physically showed him that you can perform the deal with any Fnb account personal business and RMB account. He then realized that he was in the wrong and cut the call. I neded up leaving ht shop and not buying that special because I will not pay R100 for somethnig that other peole with the same account as me were paying R50 and why should I pay more? Fnb was wanting me to then have two account and pay banking fees to two account which is crazy. As if it there bank fees are already amongst the highest in South Africa so or me to then reward them with another acount when their bureaucracy and greed is already on the level where they worship money did not make sense to me. I personally think that they want most custoers to pay the R100 instead of the R50 for the deal and keep on changing the goal post instead of sticking to their deals and also changing the deal retospectvively you cannot respect a company at all for that.
I was goint to France for cannes Film festival a week before going I app**** for a new credit card. they told me 3 working days now it's more than two weeks no SMS. Nothng still no card plus they took hours to assist me. thses guys are perhaps the slowest and worst bank in all of South Africa. they are not helpful and if you are in a rush forget about coming to this branh the staff work extrelemy slow as if it theday day the on the job and their work contract is ending. the lady **** to me telling me 3 working day and now when I go she tries to ignore me.

I have had a terrible experience with Paycurve. For no apparnet reason my account was blocked. I tried calling them 6 times not even once did anyone even answer. Also they would have seen that so,oene called them 6 times and they didn't even bother to call me back to see what is happeing. I sent them emails and they don't respond at all. this company is a joke and would be better suited as a circus than a legitmate business. There custoer service is non-existent and I'm not even sure how they are still running as a business with teeerible service like this. Also when you go to their chat on PayCurve App you speak to a bit for hours and there is never an agent who willpseak to you. These guys only care about money and don't care about inviduals at all. Even noe as I speak nobody has gotten back to me.
These guys have shocking customer service. I had my ban card ****** and I told then yesterday not to debit my account and an agent Juanita P. Who perosnall y guarented me that i can pay on 9th April. Then today 1st April the debit knowing that my account is blocked and I can't make a payment. Now I must essentially pay twicce for the same servie because of these clowns incompetence. I spoke today to Mandia Mkhwa**** for a couple of hours and explained to her but she doens't understand that I can't send a bank statment when my bank is blocked. they don't understnad simple commands and ask the same tings over and over. these guys need to be plreaced by better people. Fi they are readig this I need that amount returned back to me now.
I have had my account blocked for no reason. I tried to get it unblocked but wtout any success. The customer service is non existent I have a chat on their whatsapp chat line. from lunch time yesterday and even now today they still hvan't evne responsed. It's just a chat bot that tells you that someon will ocntact you but nobody ever does. this company is not serious about customer service at all and I am shocked that they are still in bunsiness.
Company closed 7 years ago and they still **** people today. The biggest ****mers you can find. They demanded a R1000 holding fee then afterwardswanted a deposit of R5000. I gave them both then travellted to collect the vechicle. I am only now seeing the two reviews about these ****mers. I went to Free State, Harrismith all the way from Johannesbuyrg travelled 300km , Where these guys dealership is meant to be. While traveling I was inundated by calls telling me that someone else wants to by the vehicle now that I should pay half the price of the vehicle and tranpost fee to Johannesburg. which was a Ducati Panigale motorbike. Anyway very reluctantly I paid because the bike seemed to bea really great deal. When I got there. THere was no dealership, If was replaced by a Ford dealership. Nobody even knw the Auto Rep Cars until I spoke to evetyone a Ford. This company close down 7 yeas ago and are advertising vehicles for sale that have been sold years ago. I went o the polive station to report them, the detective told me that there is mo mch ***** that he has over 1000 dockets and tha nobody will een investigate this. I had to then travel another 300km back to Johabbesburg with no bike and lost all my money. These guys are pure evil and will do anything to **** you of your hard earned money. Itwas a very painful lesson for me. I tried three times to get their posts removed from facebook unsuccessfully. So please don't fall for these guys. If a deal looks too good to be true it is.
