We had a swimming pool installed by Pools and Spas, and unfortunately the experience has been an absolute nightmare. Despite paying 100% of the agreed amount in full and on time, the workmanship we received is shockingly poor, substandard, and completely unacceptable. The final product is not even close to what was promised and does not meet basic industry standards. The installation is full of defects, poor finishing, and clear signs of *********** workmanship. We are now sitting with a pool that is not fit for purpose and needs major remedial work. We have formally demanded that they return and fix their mistakes. The owner made promises but nothing has happened, and I don’t expect anything to happen. Quick to your money, never delivers! If you are considering using Pools and Spas — think twice. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere unless you want stress, financial loss, and legal battles. Very disappointing experience and definitely not a company I can and would recommend.

From our first interaction through to the final handover, Eugene was professional, responsive, and exceptionally helpful. His product knowledge, attention to detail, and continuous feedback throughout the process made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. He went the extra mile to ensure that everything was in order and that I was kept well informed at every stage. It is refreshing to deal with someone who clearly takes pride in his work and in representing the CMH Ford brand. Based on this experience, I can confidently say that both the dealership and Eugene set a high standard for customer service. We stayed at this unit from 21 to 30 December and unfortunately had one of the worst holiday accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. We paid full holiday rates for a unit that was supposed to be comfortable, clean, and properly maintained. It was none of those. Here is what we experienced during our stay: ❌ Air conditioner not working – In December heat. This made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. ❌ Electricity tripped twice – Disruptive and concerning from a safety point of view. ❌ Geyser problems – One bathroom had no hot water for most of the stay. Completely unacceptable for a 9-day holiday. ❌ Ants throughout the unit – Clearly poor pest control and cleaning. ❌ Extremely strong mothball / chemical smell – So bad that our clothes and suitcases STILL smell of it after we left. ❌ Drains smelled constantly – Adding to an already unpleasant and unhygienic environment. The unit was clearly not properly prepared or checked before being rented out. What makes this even more disappointing is that instead of taking responsibility, management tried to argue technicalities and internal “records” instead of acknowledging what we as paying guests actually experienced. We did not pay for excuses. We paid for a habitable, clean, functional holiday unit — and that is not what we received. This stay caused ongoing frustration and discomfort during what was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday. I am posting this to warn other holidaymakers: 👉 Think very carefully before booking here. 👉 Make sure EVERYTHING is confirmed in writing and working before you arrive. We will never stay here again and would not recommend this unit to anyone who values comfort, hygiene, or basic standards.
Very Expensive No breakfast included When returning the nobody was found. Aircons was not working Returned to our home a day before, no refund was mentioned. Shower was so small

Very poor quality workmanship. Skull mounts become yellow, skull mounts break apart. Just completely dissatisfied with the their service. Would not recommend them to anyone.
