Am so unhappy with LOTTO STAR yesterday I played their jackpot race that began at 7pm till 9pm hoping I'll get something after the race with a qualifying bet from R2 R4 R6 nothing less then that This morning I talk with them on their live chat one of the agent says I should play again on the next jackpot race with limited information to my query Last week I played on SUNBET their jackpot race and at the end of the race I won around R1000 but with LOTTO STAR NOTHING AM VERY DISAPPOINTED angelthabang1@gmail.com 0840532380
I've been trying to get hold of them since 2/02/2026 with no luck I've made a claim from my two pot withdrawal last year August and received the funds when I look into my profile it shows that I made a claim this year and the claim has been approved when I try to send inbox on WhatsApp and Facebook even on there website live chat they don't respond and the chat is been closed without any assistance

Affinity health is bad I had enough of it enough is enough We are tried like we are nothing am taking on behalf of security officers and based on what I experienced on a daily basis with health insurance They deducte every month from our salary but the service we get back are just **** I requested to see a doctor this afternoon wast told one of the nurses will call me as I wS not feeling feeling well was forced to go to. Work because the nurse didn't call me this is nothing Last year my son was in derable pain due to ***** infection and his ***** was swollen up so bad like it can burst I called them because this was a emergency and needed ambulance but was told they only send a ambulance for ambulance Next last week I took my son to spec savers for a eye test and was given a prescription for eye drops that he must use One of the nurses said they dont cover that eye drops "you must go to the hospital MY BROTHER" as if they will send me to a hospital the disrespect if they can hear the recording i had enough with Affinity health in cases we really néed to see a doctor they will tell you they will send you medicine and after 3 days if the medicine don't work they will send you to a Doctor AFFINITY HEALTH IS GOOD FOR NOTHING My information are 0848591004 jpmchlauli@gmail.com Jeffry Patrick Mchlauli 9501115075085
Cash crusaders denlyn shopping Centre Shop G47 Cnr waltloo Rd & stormvoel On the 16/07/2025 I took in my 55inc TV for repairs as it was still under warranty It was a struggle at first as the cashier couldn't find the TV on the system that shows I bought the TV by them as I do have proof of purchase and my bank statement to show I purchased not only the TV also a washing machine and other items that cost me over R8000 They couldn't find the TV on their system but they decide to take the TV in for repairs as the sales person and cashier remember I did purchase a TV as well As I was advised to wait for 14 to 21 days for the TV to be repaired On my side I also made follow up on the 21/07/2025. 29/07/2025. 04/08/2025 As well as today on the 11/08/2025 As I was told the TV have returned and wasn't fixed as they will have to send it back for repairs As this is unacceptable as the turnaround date is due to the 14/08/2025 The same thing happened with the washing machine I had to take it back the same day as it was leaking water after 21 days I was told the washing machine is not fixed but they can buy it at a less price from me as I had to fight because they couldn't refund me my money and give me a replacement Now it's the TV same problem All I want from cash crusaders as the turnaround date is due on the 14/08/2025 is a full refund or a replacement as am not gonna accept this and wait any longer or accept any further delays
My account has been locked without any reason and been trying to live chat with them but without any response
Very bad lying about the correct debt order date I told them to set the debit order date on the 6 of every month they decided to make it on the 27 that was not part of the agreement They are lying about the cover for month to month when I requested a refund because they don't follow as per agreement
The unlimited debit twice a amount of R271 on the 04/03/2025 and again on the 27/03/2025 for what I don't know I want my money back as this was not our agreement and would like to cancel my policy with immediate effect with them and wish to get all my premiums from January till March tried to talk with the unprofessional agent on WhatsApp as am a pensioner and the man who signed me on this policy didn't explain or hand me the policy documents as they only want your banking details for debit order THE UNLIMITED I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT I NO LONGER NEED YOUR POLICY I also send a email to cancel this policy
