Pick n pay Cradlestone mall a nightmare to shop at
Pick n pay Cradlestone mall unwelcoming atmosphere and unfriendly tellers. walk in and the ****** music is rock hard, then they have someone at the bread counter swinging a loud and constant bell. get to the teller and she treats you like you nuisance to her, sour, rude, unfriendly. Try to call to speak to a manager, but just rings.

Dischem medical insurance is a ****. The policy states that it covers certain procedures, but it does not. Then you get the bill and Lawyers hound you for the payment.

FNB lying/ lazy staff member
Again, poor service and lying staff member. Called FNB personal banking contact centre, needed help with a debit order cancellation. Told "Vanessa Gumbi" some time from 10h15-11h50 on Saturday morning that I was in a poor signal area and could not access the cell banking app to approve her authentication, but as I have had in the past, she could ask related security questions. She refused and told me the only other way was that I had to go to a branch and do a fingerprint authentication, and this was their process, no other way and it has always been like that. The next call I made helped me over the phone - Thank you "Windy Kekana", please send her to teach the other one how to do her job, or not to be so unhelpful/ lazy on a Saturday.

Disregard for clients
Hi. Your branch at cradlestone Mall, Krugersdorp needs some training, clearly. In particular the manager who makes a point of showing clients that they are an irritation to her. At the entry I'm told ticket 63. Teller 5 called ticket 63. Me and another client entered that cubicle. I'm told she only deals with money transactions, in an unfriendly manner and I must go out. Your manager in meeting room 6, tells me that I need a new ticket, very annoyed and angry hand motions, maby because I had the cheak to knock on her office door. Been waiting for an hour now. Come on fnb, ****** hell I'm your client.

Easy Equities False Advertising
Be careful of their property auctions! you will be suckered into buying a property and waiting forever to get growth, interest or a resale. They apparently have quarterly auctions, but they never materialise! Your money will stagnate!

Driveshaft Centre *******
Be careful! Driveshaft Montague Gardens, Cape Town, they charged me R21509 to replace my cars bearings and diff seals. A few months later (road driving only), they packed up. Mahindra had to redo all the work, as the parts had not been changed (or very sub standard) and were badly damaged. I had to pay for an entire re-do. Driveshaft not interested in taking any responsibility. BECAREFUL they are *******.
