The quotation they gave me was inaccurate. There were numerous exclusions from a major service. Parts were significantly overpriced — according to the manager, it is franchise policy to over-inflate part prices. I am not satisfied with their service and would not recommend them. I will never use this company again.
I flew from Lanseria to Cape Town on 8 Jul 2023. I had to pay extra for my carry on which was too heavy. They then checked it in. When I received my suitcase at Cape Town Int all the wheels on my suitcase were broken off. It was a brand new suitcase.
There should be an option to give no stars. We are timeshare holders at Umhlanga Sands- Tsogosun (which falls under RCI) for numerous years now. Since Covid we could not use our timeshare and space banked it to be able to use our points at another resort or at a later stage. Meanwhile, we have moved to the Westen Cape from the North West, so going to Umhlanga Sands is not that convenient anymore. We have 33000 points that we would like to use, but since March this year RCI can not manage to get us any bookings at any resorts in and around Cape Town for any weekend until the end of the year, nor can they get us anything during the school holidays since June this year. So, now my question is, what can I do with my points if they have NOTHING AVAILABLE? PLUS SOME OF THE POINTS ARE GOING TO EXPIRE SOON. So don't let them trick you into believing that you can use your points if you live in the Western Cape, because that is BS. Another big complaint I have with them is, trying to place my name on a waitlist for some resorts. So, I phone and speak to a very "competent" consultant that promises me to place my name on a waitlist for a certain resort for a certain time, just to find out the next week, when I follow up, that it has not been done, then that consultant assures me that they will do it and then just like the previous time when I phone, it has not been done. So, now I have 33000 useless points, but I must keep on paying my levies at the resort, for more useless points.
October I would give minus 5 stars if I could. Refering to Reviewer Pricillia of 9 Oct 2021. My account was also cleaned out on the 19th of August 2021, during this time I had no access to my account as it had been blocked. After numerous phone calls later, my account was unblocked and all my crypto had been withdrawn. I also had the same experience as Pricilla regarding help from the so-called "fraud" department. A "Monique" told me to open a case at the SAPS and said that there is nothing more they can do about it and that the SAPS will investigate. She also made as if it was my fault that it had been stolen from my account. She also laughed at me when I asked her "how long is that going to take?" I am 100% sure these scammer is actually working for Altcoin Trader because there is no way they can get past my 2FA or get access to my gmail account without my permission. These scammers knew exactly what they were doing when they wiped out my account. If I do not get any help from Altcoin Trader soon I will have no other option as to go to Social media and inform everyone of the bad service and no support I got from Altcoin Trader and that if anyone wants to open a crypto trading account they should think twice before opening an Altcoin Trader account.
I bought a Ready Made Store in August last year. Worst experience of my life. They advertise it as a store ready to trade, but until today I have had NO sales. Included in the priced I paid I had a 12 months free Grow My Traffic Plan. After 6 months of no sales, I inquired about the GMT plan and I had to pay for it R580/month. (When I realized that I were not supposed to have paid for it, I send them an e-mail about it, but they just told me that they would look into it) Till this day, I still do not have any sales, so their GMT plan does not work anyway. Besides that I do not have any sales, my site takes forever to load, so nobody is going to visit my site anyway. When I inquired about that, they told me that they would fix it, but until today nothing has been done about it. Do not waste your time thinking that you will can buy a store all ready setup and then from day one you will have sales, like they want you to believe. If you know nothing about creating a store online (like on Shopify etc.) do not think this is an alternative, it's not.
We booked a sever night MSC-cruise through CruiseAbout, on 26/05 through Rencia Kotze. We booked a cruise from Durban- Portugese Island-Madagascar-Durban. On Sunday, I saw an ad in the Rapport about all the MSC-cruises on offer. Our spesific cruise was not on that list, but showed that the cruise will not go to Madagascar, but to Ille de Mozambique. When I phone the travel agent on Monday morning, 1 June 2015, she confirmed this. She told me that the Simphonia can not go to Madagascar because of it's size.. I told her, that we are very dissapointed in that, as that is the reason why we booked. She told me that we can change our cruise to another cruise or get a refund. My husband and I decided to cancel as there was no alternative 7- night cruise (with different itinerary) that we were interested in. It was at this stage that the travel agent told me (02/06) that in that case we can get a partial discount and not a full discount, as the MSC takes a R3000 cancellation fee. I was highly upset, the reason for our cancellation was not because of our neglegence, but due to the fact that they changed their itinerary. They sold us something that they can not provide, and now I must pay.
