<p>My upgrade was due in April. My contract expires 17th July 2016. I had Vodacom upgrades call me 2 weeks ago to do my upgrade telephonically, to which i refused stating i will be going into the store within the month of June to choose my upgrade myself.</p> <p>Lo and behold, if my contract amount has not been increased to and extra R129.50, without my knowledge or consent. I phoned Vodacom and they cant explain it to me as I am still in contract and there should have been no increase as yet. I want someone to contact me and explain this as well as get my refund back. I have been a customer of Vodacom for 12+ years. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE</p>
I went to Game this morning at 09:30am to purchase a washing machine, oven, hob and mirror. The DEFY gentleman was BRILLIANT, explaining all that I needed to know. he had to call the person (certainly not a salesman) to ask him to assist with the sale as he does not do sales in Game. The person sauntered over with his hands in his pockets with no interest at all. When I queried about the extractor fan, he dismissed me and shook his head at me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I walked away and went to look for the store manager. On the way I inquired about a mirror I also wanted to purchase and was told I'm in the wrong store, after I showed them the picture on the catalogue!!! The manager, well, HE was even worse, not getting up from his chair and throwing a piece of paper at me to COMPLETE A FORM to complain. He also told me to look on the internet on MY phone at the catalogue where the mirror is to prove to him it is in his store!!!... needless to say I walked out the shop. If this is how Game operates, I will not be surprised if it closes down. A sale worth R10,000,00, gone. Imagine how many more sales lost today because of MANAGEMENT & STAFF INCOMPETENCE. DISGUSTED
I made a purchase on 30/5 at Edgars Canal Walk. At the counter I asked and confirmed that indeed had the 6MONTH INTEREST FREE account. I then went ahead and made my purchase. I got home and then additionally made a payment. two days later i receive a 12MONTH interest bearing account to pay off. I called and emailed on different occassions only to be told it is my problem and they no longer convert to 6months accounts. I NEVER ASKED TO BE CONVERTED TO A 6MONTH. I WAS ON A 6MONTH AND THIS WAS CONFIRMED AT THE CASHIER COUNTER. I suggest someone call me to sort this issue out, PRONTO!!

I beg Vodacom to respond to my account query. I have sent numerous email and no one bothers to come back to me.... this is a ongoing query. WHY DO YOU NOT RESPOND OR ARE YOU TOO BUSY FIGHTING OFF ALL THE OTHER UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!
I have tried to contact Fit Flop on a number of occasions, even via messenger on FB, only to get the run around on whom to talk to regarding the problem with my fit flops. I have emailed the requested email address and STILL NO ONE TALKS TO ME. I'm at a loss and horrified to spend that kind of money for this issue no to be dealt with!!! no one ever returns my calls either!! terrible service
I placed a order with a SAME DAY DELIVERY for a specific reason... a birthday gift. I ensured I stayed home the entire day to receive the parcel...its 22.20pm. no parcel ...ORDER PLACED AT 07:55...DISGUSTING
