I had a very frustrating experience with SkyNet Worldwide Express. Their communication and delivery updates are extremely poor. My parcel status was updated to say that delivery was attempted and that no one was available at home, which is simply not true. Someone was available the entire time. It feels like this update was used as an excuse instead of actually attempting delivery. Trying to contact them has been nearly impossible. They do not answer calls or respond to messages. I did receive a call from what seemed to be a driver, but the call was immediately cut before I could even speak. Another issue is the lack of proper tracking updates. The system suddenly updates at around 4am saying the parcel is “out for delivery,” but there are no prior updates showing where the package was or its progress through the network. This makes the tracking unreliable and leaves customers completely in the dark. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. A courier company should at the very least provide accurate tracking and reachable customer service, which unfortunately was not the case here. I have not received my package. They are pathetic and no one should use them!!

I am super frustrated! They were no help at all when I called them to say that the wrong vehicle was sent to collect my furniture. They refused to assist me to rebook the item and requested Makro to do it which is not my problem. I was promised my item 4 days ago. I haven’t received it. I called, spoke to a supervisor and when she asked what time can they make this a priority and have it delivered, I gave a time that would work for me and I was told that it’s not possible. So why ask? How is a car sent to collect furniture and how does this become our problem when the issue was not on my side? I am sick of the service delivery in South Africa. They had the entire day to rectify the issue and have this delivered on the same day but they refused to be of assistance. I will never use this courier service for myself or my business and I suggest that no one else does too.
I am completely and utterly p*ssed off from the service i received from Makro. I ordered a headboard in March which was supposed to be dispatched on April 3rd. I had to constantly call for an update with no help and every time they “escalate” the query. On Saturday they promised me delivery today the 7th (4 days after it was supposed to be delivered). I have been on the phone with them since 8am and the courier company who sent the wrong vehicle to collect furniture. A car not a van or truck?? A CAR? I could have then collected the items myself. I am so freaking frustrated and infuriated because they are pathetic. Makro took more than 3 hours to rebook another delivery when I explicitly stated that I cannot make myself available for delivery on any other day. I had already cancelled my tasks for today - the day I was promised delivery. I sat and waited the entire day for them to **** up yet again. I’m so ****ed off and requested a refund if it’s not delivered today which they went a rebooked it for tomorrow to be delivered. They do not understand people have jobs and businesses that they run and now we must sit around and wait for them to deliver something which was paid for almost 3 weeks ago.
