I am so Furious with Vumatel and WEBAFRICA, I paid for installation since LAST YEAR AUGUST 2025 to install fibre due to infrastructure it was not done. I was asked to pay R249 and I was promised a refund since the installation never took place since now I have been asking for my refund. We are now in FEBRUARY every time I make contact with them I am promised it will be done. This is really a ****. I paid for a service that has never happened. Can anyone advise what I can do moving forward because they Refuse to pay me back and I have made numerous attempts to get it back.
I paid for installation in AUGUST and the installers came and said there is infrastructure issues and I will get my refund since they are not able to install. Every week I have to follow up with my refund via their WhatsApp and all I get is empty promises. We are now in JANUARY. Webafrica is a ****, Its been 6 months now and all I get is LIES LIES LIES. I have never in my whole life seen such. They are horrible.

Every week it's a different story when I query my refund. They are the Worst ever. I am so disappointed and disgusted that they are *****ing people's money.
if u want to be happy in your life, stay away from this service provider. The service is so poor... I am waiting for a refund to be done back to my account. It's been 3 weeks and still waiting, everyday I follow up there is excuses after excuses. I will never advise anyone to join this. its a Nightmare
Today a pikitup truck was speeding on Marlboro on an oncoming lane, registration Jx 34 Gp, we were so scared that something bad will happen. Please this is totally not acceptable on our roads.
I ordered today the family treat and honestly I want clarity on why can't we exchange the horrible coleslaw salad that Kfc makes to something else. It's the worst salad I have ever had. It's dry as Hell and no taste. Kfc should get tips at chicken licken on how coleslaw salad is supposed to be.
This is the WORST and ROBBING app for buying food, i bought at Kfc Eastgate and i never received the food because apparently the driver tried to get hold of me and couldn't get through... So according to the policies there is no refund and the food goes with the driver. Why must we pay for food we never eat??? Why mustn't the food go back to the shop so we can go collect if we have to ??? Who approved that policy??? We must pay for something we never ATE.
