I recently had a very frustrating experience flying with FlySafair. On Friday, 6 March 2026, I flew to Johannesburg. I was not aware that baggage needed to be booked online in advance, and as a result, I had to pay an additional R700 at the airport. Then on Saturday, 14 March 2026, I flew back to Durban, and the experience was even worse. The online booking system for adding baggage is not user-friendly at all, especially for older people or those who are not very fami**** with technology. I initially booked one checked bag for R155 and added another option for R250 (Option 4), but there was no clear way to add more bags. When I arrived at the airport, I was told I had to pay another R350. In the end, my baggage cost more than my actual ticket, which is unacceptable. I even had to ask my husband to send me money while at the airport, which was stressful. Because the baggage costs were already so expensive, I did not book priority boarding. Unfortunately, this made things even harder for me. I suffer from fibromyalgia and was not feeling well at all. We were made to stand for long periods, then told to wait again, and then stand again before boarding. There was no consideration for passengers with health issues, and the long waiting made me feel very unwell. FlySafair really needs to improve their booking system and make baggage options clearer and easier to use. More importantly, there should be better support and consideration for passengers with medical conditions—even if proof is required. Overall, this was a very stressful and uncomfortable experience, and I expected much better service.
The worst ever I've been with rain for years no issues then moved into this house and took the wifi over that is from webafrica biggest mistake from the word go we encountered problems from day one it did not work we even payed and still waited for them to come and fix it. Again yesterday went of my husband could only contact them when he arrived home. The consultant clearly had no idea told him no it's not a area fault yet on our group chats from our area said theirs was of even told my husband that he should look outside and inside if there is cable damage. She then logged a ticked and told us a technical will sort this out Wil take up to 72 hours and best belive it takes thay long. When I asked how I can cancle this she said oh no I see it's a area gaulys. Later today my husband received a call that he wifi is working again that the was a fault in the line. He contacted me ally the lights were but my phone could not connect neigheter any of the other devices. They gave my husband the up were we must go to and log in with user name and password that he send to me cause he is not at home. I battled to log in for a while left it and tried again later this time I could actually go in but then it said the user name and password they send to me does not match at and at this point I'm upset I'm home cause I'm sick since yeaday no TV cause we use Netflix and Waka need wifi. So I left it and waited for my husband. He actually came home early to sort this out. Since 3:30 pm he is battling over WhatsApp to get the thing to work again they tell him to do this and then that ongoing thing it's 9:08 pm still no wifi my husband's last message to them was 6:16 pm no reply anymore after how many hours they just decided not to answer and help anymore I told him now to cancel and go back to rain. I also went on WhatsApp to speak to a consultant 5:35 also no one helping me Web Africa will not deduct more money after we canceled cause we had to cancel due to poor and no service not because we decides oh we want to change.
I'm worries, my payment for my order went of on the 28 th. Still no delivery not even convermation from a tracking company or a tracking number and it's already day 8. With my business and private orders it doesn't take this long at all and the moment the package is send I get notifications from the courier companies with a tracking number. People are posting that they their payments are going of their accounts and did not receive their order. They are not getting response from customer care. I'm also waiting for a reply from them I asked them to rather cancel my preset and refund me cause this is reticilous waiting so long for a order with no information on the order.
Do not make use of their services at all. Got daily notifications from them that my package is out for delivery but nothing arrived. I conteacted them and demand answers then I was told my package will arrive today. A Old rust bucket private car dropped if the delivery as he handed over the package I could see it was thorn and he told me If there is any issues I must contact the company. The one item box was damages and products that was supposed to be in the box was outside. I ordered two smart watches and one was missing. I have my own business and work with loxitics weekly to order parts for my business and I order form shein and temu alot but this was the first time getting this company to deliver my products, I never experienced anything like this from the other logistics company. It's actually very shocking. I'm going to request from temu and shein to have them removed from delivering packages and every other company I'm buying my spares from.
After two years of horrible pain and a year of severe constepation getting worse and worse going to other hospitals for over to years week in and week out, I was rushed to king Edward Hospital with severe stomach pain, weak and not feeling well at all. The nurse got wheel chair when i got there, fetched my file and took me to emergency. At emergency they were really very good did bloods gave me injections for pain then sent me of to x rays. After x rays they saw I'm a patient for surgical and I was send to causality were they placed on a drip did more blood test etc. Only after I was pain free and they did all the test to make sure I'm not in any danger I was discharged With a date to go to sopd on Monday and I was assured that my case is handed over to the senior doctor that I'll be in good hands and all better in no time. I went to sopd were I hardly waited 5 minutes when the doctor called me, he saw that I'm not well at all and admitted me. We discussed my medial history and he booked ultrasound were first part of my problem was diagnosed and the gynecologist came to see me the next day and more test was done. Went in for my colonoscopy and doctor i have a stricture in mycollon a problem that doctors at previous hospitals for past for over two years could not diagnose had two previous colonososcopys. Because it is Easter weakened and nothing can be done over weekends and publick holidays I was allowed to come home and spend Easter with my family and I'm going back Tommorow to be admitted again. From the team of doctors that hast been treating me I have absolutely no complaints, they are caring, just excellent. The nurses in the ward also caring and wonderful to the security also always helpful. Everyone I came across at king edward hospital very friendly, caring and helpful. The hospital is very clean and smells clean.
