I wish It was possible to give it zero. They are definitely not for the people but rather for the insuarance companies. My Adjudicator was Peter Nkhuna and he literally blamed me for everything. Insuarance made an error which I believe misled me. He said I was supposed to raise that error lol. What a joke. Insuarance's role is clearly to throw a paper at people and then take their money, they do not have to guide you to be compliant with their terms. Whatever they say to you telephonically don't matter apparently. I'm beyond disappointed. Rather get an attorney instead of wasting your time with these guys.
I absolutely regret buying a unit here. Rented for about 3 years before deciding to buy, infrastructure has become cheap, gardens non existent, basically a **** while the apartments are overpriced. Electricity and water has become ridiculous since switching to prepaid. Total ****! Exorbitant! I moved into my unit more than a year ago and to date there are no washing lines! How is a person supposed to live without a washing line?? Complained numerous times, as this is a huge inconvenience. Even asked if I can erect my own; blueticked. The only thing they care about is the aesthetical! They will fine you for stupid things while they fail to provide a mere washing line. I feel I must get legal advice. Tired of begging The biometrics at the entrance, total disaster. Seems half baked. Come night time i always have to use a flashlight from my phone, otherwise my face won't be recognized! Also with weather changes, most likely not to be recognized. Is that how biometrics are supposed to work? Also the cats running around are such an annoyance. If I wanted a cat in my yard or space, I definitely would get one. Very expensive staying here. Not having a laundry line just worsens the entire thing. But nobody cares.
Well. I am a loyal customer of spur but since they changed their look they removed my favourite light meal (that I would order with every visit) from the menu; Buffalo wings and crumbed mushrooms. No use in going anymore. It's time to move on and go elsewhere
My partner and I went to get some meat to braai. When we requested some weighed meat, 1 guy behind the counter literally removed his hands from his pockets and proceeded to handle the meat as is...no hand washing or sanitizing...no gloves. We were so shocked and disgusted. Whatever happened to hygiene? Never buying anything from here again
They are very passionate about rejecting claims based on baseless foundations. Their call center agents are clearly clueless and will mislead you with requirements for insuarance..they have me 48 hours to present a double disc for my business car insuarance. I even had to convert it to personal while I went to go sort out the very stressed document. After requiring it, I reinstated the business insuarance. My vehicle was hit by a truck that then fleed the scene. They rejected my claim because "they discovered i do not have an operating license ". Why was this not stressed before? What were the monthly premiums they gladly debited for? Did my lack of operating license contribute to my vehicle being hit by a truck? I would not recommend, they will grasp at straws to find a reason to reject claims, no matter how pathetic. I will not let them get away with the injustice
Terrible experienceat East point gym company in boksburg. Managers very unprofessional and clearly do not know what they are doing. I called in Nov 2024 requesting a cancelation of membership and couldn't physically present to the gym as i relocated. I was given number of manager, Lucky, to cancel through him. I called him and explained and he assured me my last debit would be end of January. To date, they are still debiting me but I've been reversing the debits. When I called, the current manager says i need to pay arrears as Lucky does not even work there anymore, how is that relevant as he was working there in November!! Really unimpressed with the unprofessionalism!
