I paid R100,00 for a bag to send a package to someone. I put in knitted blankets and closed the bag with masking tape. When I wanted to send the bag I was told I am not allowed to use masking tape to close the bag. I told them I did it to prevent the bag from being opened as a previous bag I received were opened. So I asked my R100,00 back so that I can send it via Pudo. My request was denied. So I paid R100,00 for a plastic bag which I cannot use for anything as no service was rendered. I send two emails to their client support, got 2 ticket numbers but no response. I want to send the knitted blankets to someone in Johannesburg who is dying of poverty and hunger. She want to use the wool to knit things to sell for an income.
End 2019 beginning 2020 I paid my Edgars account up to date and closed it. I spoke to a woman on the phone at head office which the staff at Kolonnade phoned for me. During 2020 I received an account from Edgars stating that someone bought +-R7000,00 worth of merchandise from Edgars the Grove, that AFTER I closed the account. I opened a fraud case at SAPS Silverton. Now I see that Edgars rates me as a non payer on Clear Score. I am not going to pay for someone fraudulantly purchasing merchandise on my "closed" account.
I had a Truworths account many many years ago. I closed it. During 2020 I received a Truworths card and account through the post. This account was opened by someone using my information and that person bought +- R7000,00 worth at Truworths Benoni, and that without a card because the card was send to me in the post. I let Truworths know about this fraud and I opened a fraud case at Benoni SAPS. On Clear Score Truworths reported me as a non payer but I am not going to pay for someone opening an account fraudulantly in my name. My ID was never stolen so I don't know which Id they used.
End 2019 I renewed my cellphone contract. From the word go there was a problem with the contract. I contacted CellC repeatedly, with no feedback and the problem persisted. I told them I want to cancel the contract. I was given an amount to be paid so that I can cancel the contract. I paid that amount and moved my business to Vodacom. Now I see that on Clear Score I am listed as a non payer by CellC. And an agency is calling me time and again, stating they are acting on behalf of CellC. I phoned CellC last week and was told I don't owe CellC any money, in fact they owe me money. I have brought this under the attention of CellC many times per email. They don't come back to me or remove this thing on Clear Score. What must I do to get them to clear my (credit score) name?
From going for a test drive to the paper work everything was a breeze. Yolanda, Shaun and Angilique were all very friendly, professional and helpfull.
I cancelled my fixed line contract with Telkom in Sept 2020 and have the emails to prove it. I drew a credit score for myself and Telkom has listed me as a non payer after Sept 2020. I phoned their customer services. First they referred me to Nudebt, they don't have a record of me. Then I am told to phone 1023 and asked to be put through to Attlier Agency. At 1023 they don't know of Attlier Agency. What now? I have had fibre since Oct 2020 and have never received a statement or letter of demand to pay from Telkom, but I am black listed.
On 2020-12-01 an intake intervuew was conducted. The woman saud she will get to me as I said I don't want ABSA to be the executor of the estate. On 2020-12-14 I started making enquiries. I was told the woman is on leave and will be back 2029-12-21. On 2020-12-18 I told the only contact I had at ABSA that I am not willing to deal with ABSA's lack of service delivery and regerred her to another person they can contact irw the estate. Up until now no one from ABSA Trust contacted this other person. My ex brother in law send them 2 emails asking for feedback. No one even bothers to answer his emails. I knew this is the kevel of service delivery that we will get from ABSA Trust and that us why I didn't want them to be the executor. The death was reported to them beginning of Nov 2020 and up until now nothing has been done.
On Monday I went to the Kolonnade branch to get a new debit card. On Tuesday I went to buy groceries and stood with a red face after my card has been declined. I had to use my internetbanking to transfer money to my son's account so that he could pay for the groceries. Since Monday I haven't received any SMS's when using my card. I walked out of the branch thinking with that everything with this new card would be like the old card. No my daily limits are not the same and I don't receive SMS's when using the card. I don't have time to go back when someone hasn't been doing their work.
If I could give you a 0 I would have. I receive no feedback from ABSA trust icw a estate that I want to transfer from them to a competent entity.
I want to transfer an estate from ABSA to a more competent entity. It took me 10 emails to just get the information from them which documents they need from me. Then 5 more emails, from which I received not 1 answer, to a specific employee. Then I laid a complaint against said employee, which she deny but I have all the unanswered emails. Now they want to conduct a telephonic interview with me, only on 2020-12-21, of which I see no relevance as I don't want ABDA t touch the estate. I want to transfer it to a competent entity. All these emals and comaints and the actual work haven't even started. In the mean time firearms get sold ollegally and things get dished out to anyonethat wants it.
