**Karri: One Problem After Another** I honestly don’t understand how one company can consistently deliver such poor service. First it was the Karri Cards rollout — an absolute mess from start to finish. Endless queries, complaints, delays, and terrible response times. Eventually things improved, so I gave the company the benefit of the doubt. Now comes Karri Cover. I made a simple enquiry and immediately started receiving calls during working hours. I clearly explained that I cannot take personal calls while at work. Despite this, they continued calling during office hours. One “attempted call” didn’t even make my phone ring. When the agent called again during work hours, I repeated that I cannot take calls at work. Instead of listening, she argued with me. I explained that I had already communicated this the previous day and that my phone never rang for the missed call. She continued arguing instead of assisting professionally. The moment I said that if this is the level of service just for an inquiry, then I want nothing to do with their cover, the call was ended in my ear. No apology. No professionalism. Nothing. If this is how potential clients are treated before even signing up, I can only imagine how existing customers are treated. I really wish schools would stop partnering with this company.
Mr D Food was always my first choice—honestly even above other services like 60/60—as I’ve always had great experiences using the app, especially when ordering from PnP. However, over the past month my experience has completely changed for the worse. I’ve had extremely long delivery delays (up to 3 hours for a single item), little to no order updates, and ongoing issues with the app itself. Unfortunately, the service seems to be getting progressively worse instead of improving. It’s reached a point where I no longer feel confident using the service, and I would not recommend it based on my recent experiences.
KARRI Card Review I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Karri Card. From the outset, delivery was promised within 3–5 days after I placed and paid for my order on 07.03.2026, including the delivery fee. However, on 12.03.2026, I was informed that there was no stock available and that new stock would only arrive on 25.03.2026. While delays can happen, what is particularly frustrating is that my account access to track the card delivery has now been suspended due to non-payment of a monthly fee — for cards I have not yet received. At no point during the sign-up process was I given the option to select or confirm a billing date. I have now been informed that billing occurs mid-month, which does not align with my pay cycle at the end of the month. This experience has been both inconvenient and disappointing. Based on this, I would recommend that parents rather consider alternative options, such as opening a child account with a bank, which may be more cost-effective and does not involve delivery fees or extended waiting periods.
I have been overcharged by Rain for months, and they have refused to give me a refund for the R1000 that was ****** from me. I have filed support tickets as directed, but I have not received a callback, and they have disconnected my internet because I don't think I can continue to pay until they have acknowledged the billing error. The situation is getting worse every day, and I'm not receiving any help or feedback. As a result of Rain failing to address any of their problems when they were initially reported, I'm currently without internet and without support. Ticket 37470695 has been unanswered for three days, despite being promised a call within hours. I am amazed at how poorly they handle their customers. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored and left in the dark, especially when reliable internet is essential for daily tasks. I hope this situation can be resolved soon, but I’m beginning to lose faith in their ability to provide adequate customer service.
As per Google even, and all Rain adds their product cost R625 a month with 2 mobile lines for free 🤩 amazing deal right Untill I received a bill for R919 (which to some but as a single mom of two who barely survives and needs the service to work from home after hours) I was shocked I mean R290 when living frugally as we poor people do is quite an amount to lose And apparently the additional costs acxording to Rain is for these "free" advertised mobile lines The lines which by the way is priced at a level 4, yet I only received the base line 2GB per month data but I get charged for 6GB worth I logg tickets and request assistance and nothing happens, I struggle with my reception daily and cannot even stream a service (and no I live in a suburb with good reception for mobile data) and yet I get ****** still for this too I will never again use Rain internet.
You name a company Sixty60, even on Google Play store, the app is being advertised as Delivery within 60 min. When it never ever happens within 60 min, the worst part is when you call all they say is sorry, other people place orders in advance and this affects the time. I ordered (order nr 150856231) on 01/01 @ 09:45 and the order was delivered @ 13:39 with a delivery promise time of 13:00. The worst service, and also stop lying to customers about the 60min delivery. Its the worst, and nothing is done about the terrible service either when you do complain. I would rather not use 60Sixty again, I rather pay a bit extra for MrD PnP as they are always in time within the 59min
