Is this what they call customer service I called at 20:45 and spoke to a Gentleman Tumelo I asked if I could do a phone order he stated unfortunately not and I understood his pov I asked would it be possible if I can reserve a streetwise two then I’ll pay when I arrive cause im rushing for my transportation to get home he state and I QUOTED “Its okay it’s fine I’ll do that” not to arrive at the store where this undereducated little girl who doesn’t seem she has grade 10 who also doesn’t know how to address customers it’s ten mins not addressing me by let me get Tumello quickly is this what kernel Kentucky died for to see how these undereducated employes treat people how many people gets treated im also in the service industry and I treat my customers with respect and pride you need to make this right all Africans no white colored nor Muslim I expect a immediate response and I will be posting this on all platforms
The service I received is beyond any company standards I logged a Sales call and order a lte from Mweb last week and Monday today it’s been a week The undereducated asshole who did the sales call with me said I must tell the driver when they call we’re I want it to be delivered Today marks 1week and I was told over the phone I called holder 1h and 11mins spoke to the lady and explained : they cannot deliver a items at home they are shooting if those drivers have a death wish by all means then i got told it will take another 3 days my work is closing early no one will be here I demand i get my delivery today or y’all can ma keep it no one deserve to be treated like this I need a resolution today
I will not be rude or disrespectful towards to anyone, but I expected beter results ai why every month here goes October I logged a complaint regarding over 402 that was initiated for Unlimited I asked and wrote and was sorted I was assured it has been stopped and blocked today 219 went off when I spoke to Busisiwe I asked for her assistance and with her im poor knowledge of customer come and send me a long instructions on how to cancel and reverse I asked Do u think I would reach out if I didn’t know how Am I gone write everything month a complaint why can’t the bank stop this i bank there my policies and mobile i even have a extra account FNB I expected better from you one can expect this from ABSA NEDBANK CAPITEC I do expect a follow up with resolution im am boiling here

When arriving no greets or ask Do u need assistance You order your food at the kiosk then a employee will scream your number cause the gospel that’s playing so loud no one is able to digest anything now dont get me wrong im a religious person but there is a tone or level to listen to imagine a 4X8 mid speakers screaming while you eat and you can’t understand the staff they all talk their own language and they to busy talking insteaD of taking a minute and pause There are people sleeping next to the bathroom and they seem to be okay On a weekend sounds like a location the way it’s noisy I walked away when I got my food 2 dry boney pieces of chicken Col. I am horrified to see that this service i get from a bank whom I allow my salary investment insurance and mobile connectivity I called the fruad and debit disputes to seek assistance to reverse my debit cause my app doesn’t allow me to stop and dispute. This ***** tells me no u must call 087 number instead of transferrring me or call back she drop the line on me ear and the coloured came out in me I bank with fnb I have my life insurance Mobile connect Im a aspire account holder, if none is willing to assist with this I’ll cancel alll policies and everything and move to a bank that appreciate me as a customer remember fnb didnt ask u to work for them you came and ask for a job at Fnb i suggest you do what you get paid for

I will never ever recommend or use the store nor their stupid app I ordered on pnpasp for 329 after serveral orders got canceled they advise oh no you cannot get ur money back on your bank card cause i used my money to buy why putting it on shopper points not even uber or checkers does this email alot of people no one replies this is one **** place ever since their CEO passed the business went south and what hurts not even their incompotent staff and management seem to assit no wonder they try and louir customer with ebucks
