I would like to take a moment to commend Hamza Mohammed from WeBuyCars for the exceptional service I received. From the beginning of the process, Hamza was professional, courteous, and highly efficient. He took the time to clearly explain each step, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the transaction. What stood out the most was his honesty and transparency, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His level of customer care truly reflects positively on the WeBuyCars brand. Thank you, Hamza, for going above and beyond. Your excellent service is greatly appreciated and does not go unnoticed.
I collected my car from Wilropark Motor Repair yesterday after the rail petrol sensor was replaced. I was informed that the vehicle had been fully repaired, test driven, and was safe to drive. Unfortunately, today the engine light came on again, which is very concerning considering the repair was just completed. I trusted that the issue had been properly resolved before collecting the car. At this point I’m unsure what the next step should be, as the problem seems to have returned almost immediately after the repair. I would appreciate guidance and assistance from Wilropark Motor Repair on how this will be addressed.
I visited WeBuyCars to sell my vehicle and was assisted by Martin Venter. During the assessment, Martin took my car for a test drive and an engine fault appeared while he was driving it. Instead of continuing with the evaluation and making an offer based on the vehicle’s condition, I was simply sent away without any offer at all. This was extremely disappointing and unfair. The purpose of bringing a car to WeBuyCars is to receive an offer that reflects its current condition, whether perfect or not. Even if the vehicle developed a fault during the test drive, I still expected a fair assessment and a reduced offer rather than being dismissed without any valuation. I had taken time out of my day to come in for the process, only to leave without any outcome. I hope WeBuyCars can address this matter and ensure that customers are treated fairly and professionally during the assessment process.
I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the City of Johannesburg’s lack of response to my emails and their refusal to correct or re-evaluate the property value estimate linked to my account. Despite several attempts to contact the City via email, I have received no acknowledgment or feedback. The current valuation of my property is incorrect and results in unfair billing. I have requested a re-evaluation so that the charges can reflect the real market value of the property, but my concerns have been ignored. It is unacceptable that residents are being overcharged due to inaccurate estimates and are left without assistance or communication. I am requesting that the City of Johannesburg: 1. Urgently review and respond to all outstanding emails regarding this matter. 2. Re-evaluate the property to ensure the correct and fair market value is app****. 3. Provide clear feedback and resolution timelines. Residents deserve transparency, fairness, and proper service from the municipality. Nhlanhla Mahlangu Account/Reference Number: 556285370
I have insurance with MTN and I am covered for R17900.00. Admyntech is offering to give me a phone that costs around R12000.00. Am I not supposed to get a phone of the insured value which is R17900.00? Because that is the amount I'm covered for

I am extremely disappointed with the way MiWay has handled my car hire benefit following the write-off of my vehicle. According to my policy, I am entitled to a maximum of 60 days of car hire. I ensured that I did not exceed this limit and continued using the hired vehicle strictly within the allowed period, as I was still in the process of sourcing a replacement vehicle. However, MiWay has now informed me that I am liable to pay for car hire beyond a certain date—despite the fact that I had not yet reached the 60-day maximum as stipulated in my contract. They insisted that I return the vehicle prematurely, which is both unfair and contradicts the terms of the agreement. I find this unacceptable and request that MiWay re-evaluate the charges and honor the full 60-day benefit as agreed upon in the policy. I expected better service and clearer communication from an insurer of this reputation. I hope this matter will be resolved

I was involved in an accident on the 28th April, the claims advisor was given information with regards to where the car is and the phone number of the storage place. She did not make any communication with them or send an assessor for the vehicle to be assessed. She merely asked me for pictures of the car. Then on Monday 5 May, she asked for the storage places email address, still she did not communicate with them. Then today, 7 May, I sent the claims advisor two emails in the morning that she failed to respond to them all of a sudden she sends me an invoice with costs she says I’m liable for. She delayed the claim for a week and now she expel to pay? I honestly don’t understand. She should have told me on the 30th already that they would only pay a certain portion of the storage fees. Kindly help
