Zero stars BIGGEST ****mers I've ever paid for a service thats not working at all! Arrogant reps. All channels either has no sound or visual or return errors 😡😡😡 don't waste your time or money. They don't offer refunds but they don't fix the problems of their useless service either.
I requested a cashback funeral servic policy from Heidelberg branch it took the lady over 3 weeks to complete she doesn't answer questions only the ones she feels like answering and not the info or the complaints department answers emails the only response I get is an automated response. I have never ever had such poor service. Your policy is a template how can it take so much time. I requested debit for June and she made it August making my waiting period even longer. I asked about the period waiver due to the fact that i was covered up until the day I received my policy number from Avbob and then canceled my funeral cover that I have. It states in YOUR policy you may qualify for complete or part waiver I asked about it again no answer. She put up my waiting period for 6 months even though in her policy it states i may qualify for waiver period she was well aware of my current policy as I mentioned it even on the day she send me a quote and everytime I had to ask about the policy I mentioned I have to cancel my current one. My question is what if something happens to my loved ones witt the service aldo be this pathetic???!!! I would not recommend your Heidelberg branch or even avbob at all to anyone as they don't even answer your email for more than 3 weeks now over 10 emails sent no help at all!

They are *****s I cancelled my services with them due to the fact that they do not want to debit my account when my salary comes in so I went over to another provider all other providers where fine with me paying on the 7th of each month except them and by law you have up until the 7th of each month to pay any account i. South Africa. I sent back the router in excellent condition and I have my proof of that and every single day I tried to resolve this matter even sent them the company letter stating the payment dates of salary. They refused to help me. So I made sure they cannot debit my account on the first of the month because I cancelled the service and they requested R50 extra per month for debit not going through meanwhile I cancelled after my last payment . They are handing me over because they say I have been notified that I can make manual payments ,I asked for proof so they sent me a screenshot where the lady advised me I can make manual payments but the question was WHY they are still debiting my account I have not been with them since 2024 now they want to use that nonsense as proof that they said I can pay manually,WHAT A JOKE! They said suspend your account phone in and ask for an extension date I did and phoned in and the next *********** fool adviced me that its impossible in NOVEMBER 2024 already and I cancelled the service not that you can call it service.
Service for myself fair my husband and I app**** for accounts at FNB Highveld mall we received superior service by (Zabele) the problem is their courier service they phoned me to confirm that I am available for the delivery of my card (my husband was supposed to receive his as well) I asked whether they have both our cards and they where unable to help. Regardless the courier telling me that he is on his way I need to wait outside to which I rep**** that I will come out when he is at my house what a flipping cheek! He did not deliver my husbands card and yhey tried phoning him once and couldn't get hold of him now he is being told he did not answer his phone he must wait an additional 5-7 working days. This is unacceptable because he did not answer his phone. I did advise them in the branch that the signal is poor where he works and that i will be available for the delivery. Do t think we will be banking on long term if its starting like this already. POOR service from your CCD couriers!!!
A no rating actually!!! *********** fools! I have to close my bank account because they want to ***** from me. I have no agreement to pay 1000 cancelation fees i did not sign any 24 months contract it was month to month and now they want to charge me for cancellation as well as one month extra (where i was using my Vodacom router already) sent their router back in excellent condition and they somme charge you for debit not going through and stating they are handing me over. I will mot recommend them not even if they give you one year free of charge! They are *****s! Now I have to move to another bank because of their *****ulent actions! Capitec are just as pathetic because they cannot stop the debit orders because i dont leave funds available for Web Africa to debit😡 and on the other hand web Africa is putting my credit check in bad state for debiting my account without permission!
If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been to the bank and on the app Web Africa keeps on debiting my account with no authorisation and Capitec says they can not stop it I showed them the cancellation letter and all the times they debiting my account . Now i cant leave money in my account because web Africa wants to ***** from my account. I am closing my account and cancelling my life insurance with Capitec because they cannot provide me with service.
