It has been two weeks since the Fibre has been installed but no service. Everytime I call their contact center, they ask me to check and reset the fibre box and I do the same thing time and time again!!! Two days ago they told me they would send someone and they didn't. Today they told me that they never send someone out to your place. This is very unprofessional and I Regret ever coming into contact with them. I am paying for nothing!! because still today I don't have any internet.
I am really disappointed with the service we got from this Plumbing services. They came out and charged Us (Which did not come cheap) for replacing a part of the Geyser and we had to call them out about 3 times after they did work because our Geyser was still over heating.....eventually they told us that our Geyser burst. Luckily before they could replace it we called our body corporate and since the Geyser was still under warranty had to Call out an assessor to confirm that the Geyser had burst, when the assessor came out they told us that the parts were not put in properly and that the Geyser was actually not burst. Just to think that if we didn't have our body corporate we would have had to replace a perfectly working Geyser. Drip Dry Plumbing eventually came out again and replaced the parts (Again, so they say) and now our Geyser is working. every time they had to come out they had to drain the water out, so you can imagine how much our water Bill was for the month about 4 times the amount we normally pay and Our roof has got damp water marks now and need us to repaint. Their service was really bad, I am never ever using them again as they don't seem to know what they are doing, from my experience.
I had ordered via Uber eats, I drove all the way to the Wimpy. Manger is not intelligent enough to understand that I had ordered the food and told me to go away, now they are calling me to collect. Seriously? I was there...Please Hire People who can think. NEVER ORDERING FROM WIMPY EVER AGAIN...
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I called Cell C on the 5th of August 2016, to find out when one of my Cellphone contracts would be eligible for an upgrade. I was told that I would be upgrade on the 7th of August.</p> <p>I then called on the 8th of August and was told that I had outstanding balance for two of my contracts, I then asked cell c to make a debit order go through and was told that they can only debit my account on Wednesday Morning (Today). I call c today and was told that I will only be able to qualify for an upgrade NEXT MONTH.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really??? After all of those cals,l consultants telling me I can upgrade on the 8th of August and now it is next month? Is everyone getting information from the same database?</p> <p> </p> <p>I wan to find out why does cellc give people false hope.</p> <p>I have been contemplating of going to another nextwork (port) and I think I have had enough now with cell c.</p> <p> </p> <p>As soon as my contracts are all done…..I am cancelling all 3 of my contracts one by one ….</p> <p> </p> <p>I have given cell C too many trials and hoping the service would get better over the years, they are the only network I have had on a contract bases and now they are showing me its time to move on.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disappointed.</p>

Yesterday I got my Upgrade phone and realised that it could only use the small, new sim cards. So I called Cell C and they told me that I should get a call Today between 8am and 12pm. I am still waiting for the call. I called around 13h00 to find out what is happening. I have three contracts with Cell C and now regret taking this upgrade, I have the new phone, but cant even use it.<br> The two time I called after 12, the agents told me they will mark my call as Urgent......REALLLY???!!! I am still waiting. 4 Hours service time does not exist as I have been waiting for 8 hours now.<br> Ref Number I got from call centre 5071402794
