Drip Dry Plumbing provided good and professional service, especially in comparison to some of the other contractors I was referred to by a reputable insurance company who failed. However, I felt that their pricing was not always aligned with the complexity of the issue. For example, even a simple repair such as a washer replacement incurred an R850 call-out fee, excluding the cost of any materials or tools used. While I understand that this is their standard rate and that they are a registered plumbing company, in future I will be sure to request a full breakdown of costs upfront and obtain comparative quotes from other service providers with similarly strong reviews. Some reviews mention that their pricing is competitive, which may depend on the nature of the repair, the extent of the damage, and individual budget considerations. I would therefore advise potential customers to ask for all costs upfront and request a written quotation before work begins.

Stunning workmanship! These people know exactly what's going on in their profession. I had a blocked drain whilst they were repaired my geyser. At no charge they sorted out the drain and came back the next day for free again to check it was all working well. My geyser needed a new safety valve and I was not conned into any other hidden costs or problems. I have read the above 2 negative reviews and I can only ascertain that these customers don't understand that trade businesses have high overheads and are professional in their industries. Vat is a logical expected add on to any reputable company. I simply believe that they just don't like to part with good money for good service! I have I'm fact referred drip dry plumbing to 2 builders I know and they have never been happier! Keep up the good work team and never mind the haters! I have them too.

I am really disappointed with the service we got from this Plumbing services. They came out and charged Us (Which did not come cheap) for replacing a part of the Geyser and we had to call them out about 3 times after they did work because our Geyser was still over heating.....eventually they told us that our Geyser burst. Luckily before they could replace it we called our body corporate and since the Geyser was still under warranty had to Call out an assessor to confirm that the Geyser had burst, when the assessor came out they told us that the parts were not put in properly and that the Geyser was actually not burst. Just to think that if we didn't have our body corporate we would have had to replace a perfectly working Geyser. Drip Dry Plumbing eventually came out again and replaced the parts (Again, so they say) and now our Geyser is working. every time they had to come out they had to drain the water out, so you can imagine how much our water Bill was for the month about 4 times the amount we normally pay and Our roof has got damp water marks now and need us to repaint. Their service was really bad, I am never ever using them again as they don't seem to know what they are doing, from my experience.

Drip Dry plumbing attended to a blocked drain at my premise. They quoted a R825 call out fee and R550 for each hour of labour after that. Firstly, they were fully aware it was a residential home they were quoting for and deceitfully hid the extra VAT cost from us. Secondly, they went ahead and did the work, didnt bother to advise us of the extra work they needed to do and quote accordingly. Rather, they left the premises and sent us a bill of R3,920. We do not recommend the use of Drip Dry Plumbing, they are deceitful and will try make a quick buck off your unfortunate position.

Best ever experience Ive had when in need of a proffesional customer centric plumbing service company. Even though they were fully booked with appointments they went out of their way to assist me with a geyser emergency. Well done to Tanya and her team for their outstanding service and fantastic team of technicians.

Florida Park - Emergency Plumbing We can highly recommend drip dry Plumbing . We had work done on our Geysers by Insurance approved plumbers and have had endless leaks and pressure problems ever since. Drip dry immediately identified and corrected the incorrect installation.
