Recieving personal attention and prompt proffesional client service is certianly the experience I have had with the Brolink Insurance claims team. Thank you Diane du Plessis for your constant attention to impressive client service which is indeed extraordinary.
After purchasing a rug from the Decofurn branch in Northriding I wanted to exchange the product at the Strubens Valley branch. The branch manager who was inconvenienced with my request informed me that that his branch is a different warehouse ( can you believe it ) and that I had to return to the Northriding branch to exchange it. Dont waste your time purchasing from Decofurn Strubens Valley, because this is the example of their so called "client service " Shameful example the manager sets for his staff and the Decofurn brand.

Do yourself a favour and think very hard before you purchase a product from Dischem. Their return policy on their products are beyond bizarre as wwas the case of returning a malfunctioning Carme hair dryer. Can you imagine that the product warranty provides a 12 month replacement however the Dischem branch says " We got to hand it in to the company rep and see if it was caused by you or the product " Anyway thanks Dischem for convincing me that Cli9cks is a better option which my family convinced me of. BTW you can take the hairdryer and .....

In an enviroment where customer service and client care is often not what it should be , you are the exception and sterling example.
Best ever experience Ive had when in need of a proffesional customer centric plumbing service company. Even though they were fully booked with appointments they went out of their way to assist me with a geyser emergency. Well done to Tanya and her team for their outstanding service and fantastic team of technicians.

Thank you for your assistance at SARS office in Alberton and restoring my faith in the current culture of apathetic performance that exists in client service. I would only hope that your role and performance is recognised and rewarded by your senior officials.
“With effect from 1 December 2021, SARS has been empowered to levy a late submission of return penalty where one or more personal income tax returns are outstanding. As a transitional measure for the first year, the one tax return or more rule will only apply to the 2021 tax return,” it said. What are the compliant tax payers recourse when ineffective customer service , non accountability and incomptence experienced with both their call centres and " telephonic appointments " I have been attempting through volumes of emails to TPSGeorge@sars.gov to have my " stopper " query on a case pending since July without any assistance , incorrect and conflicting information provided even though I have loaded their requested documents on e-filing. Request for my address , bank details and ID which is a joke since they have this on all my previous and current 2021 return. An absolute joke and reflection of the service that ordinary complaint tax payers have to endure.
Not often will I take the time to post a review , however after being a visitor at this excellent acadamy , was completely taken back by the international standard and attention to detail. Compliments to the staff at Geek House Eatery for their fabulous menu. The service and attention made me feel as if I was dining at a five star restaurant. Five stars to Aqua our waitron , your service and attention was a refreshing experience.
