Tw*ts!!
Terrible service and rude people. Get your **** together guys. Businesses like you infuriate me. I will gladly pay an extra few 100 bucks at other sound shops rather than take the abuse from you guys.

Bad Sushi
I recently dined at Ocean Basket with my girlfriend and ordered a variety of salmon sushi. As soon as we tasted it, we both agreed that the salmon didn’t taste right. I called the manager over and asked him to please check it. He did taste it himself, but came back saying there was nothing wrong with it, which honestly felt quite dismissive. I’ve always enjoyed Ocean Basket, but the quality of their sushi seems to have dropped noticeably. It’s disappointing to pay full price for food that didn’t taste fresh, and to be made to feel like I was the problem for pointing it out. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their quality standards.

Overpriced ****
Bought many of their products and its safe to say its all trash. My last straw was a screen protector I had bought from them for my new phone. Had the in store clerk at samsung put it on for me and not even a week later the protector started lifting. Ended up ripping it off and throwing it away and buying a cheap no name brand and it works 100% with no bubbling or lifting

Pleasantly Surprised
Ordered a 32GB RAM kit, got sent the wrong color. Reached out to support immediately (was needed for an urgent build I was busy with), expecting a hassle—but they sorted it fast. Covered all courier costs and shipped the correct kit without delay. Solid service, way better than I expected. Gave a 4 star as I did not receive the correct kit to begin with. Will order from them again in the future provided the customer service stays like this.

Professional and get the job done
I am currently busy with a pc build and I ordered a motherboard from them. They keep you up to date, are very quick to respond and are very helpful. Its safe to say that I will be buying most if not all my components from them in the future. I received the product in record time seeing that I live in Johannesburg. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of competitive prices anywhere in South Africa.
