If you are thinking of even ordering from Onecart, please save your money cause they will deliver damaged items or will just ***** your items and not deliver at all! The customer service team is useless! If you try contacting them, it’s nothing but false hope! Absolutely appalling service!
No matter how hungry you are, never go to BP Kwamashu service station! Ordered wings and was given the incorrect order, only realised when I was at home, had to go back and when I got there the customer service was appalling. How can you ask a customer that you only realised now? What! On top of that you don’t even offer to change my order! The security had to step in to mitigate the situation. The worse experience ever! They don’t even deserve the one star, absolutely disgusted by the experience, especially as a loyal customer. Would not recommend at all! When I asked for the manager there was no manager, not even surprised. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Absolutely appalling service, I completed paying for my 24 months contract in full, I had requested for the contract to be cancelled in March 2025 however the agent said she would put me on a plan to pay only R28 on a month to month basis however this was a lie. The direct debit was over R1000 that had to be paid. When I called, the agent had the nerve of saying I must pay the Direct debit for May 2025 and claim it after. They advised that the matter was escalated and a manager would call me back but that was false information as well. I am unhappy with Vodacom and do not recommend it to anyone!
