No support but boy can they judge you.
Can't provide settlement letters. After you pay them, you receive no support to get things finalized with the bank, which of course is FNB

Nightmare of a bank
Settled my credit card almost two weeksnago and I can't get a settlement letter. Typical of FNB, quick to give you wrong advise and hand you over. Ncumisa Mathibela asked for my ID a week ago and crickets. Barrett and Associates, same caliber

Please think twice before using PSG
I have unable to get my cancelled policy refunded. I have spoken to Joleen and Mokgabo. I have asked for the team leader Abby.Mount@psg.co.za to get involved to no avail. They are just not interested in helping clients.
