WORST RETAILER IN THE COUNTRY
Worst retailer with the worst customer service in the country. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE, THEY CANNOT DELIVER AND THEY CANNOT SUPPORT.

Do not order online - They cannot deliver or support
One month since ordering online, and no delivery and no refund. These guys should not do any online sales, they also cannot support through their helpdesk. Shocking that a company as large as this, is so incompetent. Better to close down.

Horrible customer service
Be very careful in dealing with this company, they overcharge, lie about returns and it is impossible to get a response or get any queries resolved. Very badly managed and extremely poor customer service. Much better alternatives around.

Telkom porting nightmare - Do not move over to Telkom!
I moved over to Telkom on 13 November and was told my number would take 24-48 hours to port from MTN. It is now 11 days and still not done. Telkom is pathetic, support is pathetic. If someone phones me now the message says that the number is no longer on the MTN network. This is really negatively affecting my business since this is my primary number. I was warned not to move over to Telkom and I guess for my sins this is what I get. Warning to all - dont be fooled by the promotions, these guys are truly useless!

Did these clowns close down?
<p>Horrible returns policy, refuses to refund. This was the worst customer service company company after MTN that I ever dealt with. These guys were complete clowns. Wayne, Greg, Danielle, Olivia, full of threats and no delivery. Looks like they closed down? Good riddens for all the poor suckers that supported them and good luck with the warranties.. Hope they didnt open something under a different name and up to the same tricks..</p>

Telkom FRAUDSTERS
<p>My Telkom contract came to an end in February. They charged me the correct (post contract) amount in March. Then suddenly in April they charged some random increased amount. I then decided to give them notice. Then again the correct amount was charged in May, they swithched off my line and charged another random amount in June. After about 30 emails the June amount has been credited but nobody can tell me whet the random amount in April was for. Each time you get a different consultant who give a 1 line answer without reading the email or giving me an answer. These guys really are terrrible and I for one will never ever use them again. This amounts to Fraud and the time it takes to get it resolved is really not worth the effort. Rather not use these FRAUDSTERS ever again, just look at the 30 000 similar complaints on this site only...</p>
