They don't want to release a mere R215.00. A holding status was placed in my account for transaction that came through to my account which I was only made aware of after enquiring as to why I can't access my R215.00 I later transferred from my other account . Whilst the invedtigation is onhoing,why are they so reluctant to release my R215.00 which I transferred and of which its not even part of the investigation ??? Its so annoying
I am extremely disappointed with OM Bank’s handling of my account. My OM Bank account was suddenly blocked and placed on hold without any prior communication, warning, phone call, or explanation from the bank. What makes this situation worse is that I have successfully transferred my own money into this account, and I am now unable to access it. This has caused me serious inconvenience and financial distress. I have not received any SMS, email, or call to explain why my account is blocked or what steps I need to take to resolve the issue. As a customer, I believe I deserve transparency and proper communication, especially when my funds are involved. I am requesting: A clear explanation for why my account was blocked Immediate assistance in removing the hold Full access to my funds without further delay This matter needs urgent attention. I trusted OM Bank with my money, and this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope OM Bank will take responsibility and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Worst,Worst experience ever . Bought Intercity Express Bus ticket from Durban Station to Johannesburg,iyoh hoping that they will bring us the expected bus, what thw ****, they brought us a shuttle bus from china with no toilets . Imagine YUTONG shuttle bus from Durban to Johannesburg. Atleast they could have informed us not this ****ing nonsense bus from china for tourist. No more I could have stucked with Intercape. I went to fnb bank city to open an easy account.however I was unable to be assisted because one of the FNB Customer consultant in Bloemfontein opened an FNB PRIVATE CLIENT for me without full explanation to me as to how its working. So ever since from 2023 I did not use that account at all but now Im owing R7000.00 for something that I did not even transact on. Now a Gentleman who works at FNB BANK CITY by the name of MXOLISI tried all his best to assist me, then a rude lady from cheque department just hanged up and dropped a call on us whilst still trying to explain. Now I want to use FNB EASY ACCOUNT as FNB is a big brand but now I can't get one because of that Private Client Account that's owing. Please assist. But the Consultant named MXOLISI FROM.FNB BANK CITY tried all his best.
I am dissatisfied because I went to OM BANK Branches for almost 3weeks asking them to update my cellphone contact so that I can be able to access my banking app. But till today I can't even access my banking app. Even the consultants can't help me they only tells me to wait for their system. My biggest regret. I have just switched from Vodacom to mtn with the hope of better improved services, little did i know that i was justing digging my own grave. I have ported my number from Vodacom to mtn 2 weeks ago, but ever since that I am unable yo receive or send any messages. I have called mtn customer care on so many occasions and no one have been able to assist me, i even went to Loch Logan Mtn shop in Bloemfontein, the gentleman who was assisting me said it will take 2-3 hours then I will be able to receive messages. But till now im still *****ed up by mtn. I even changed phones like 3 times, but still no messages coming through. I have missed out on so many important messages because of this. Now I can't even port out because I don't receive the otp or any sort of messages. All they do is to lie to me and I'm gatvol. They don't even bother to follow up.my numbers are 0679626747
I am a customer at rain, however my account is somehow overdue which I tried to make contact with them and payment arrangement because I will only get my money on the 15th. So I have to pay 626 for my monthly subscription so I asked them to pay half the amount in order for me to use the wife then the remaining balance I settle it month end but they refused which subsequently led to them terminating my services or rather disconnecting my wifi services citing that I must settle the whole amount which for now I don't have as the funds I'm waiting for will only be paid on the 15th
I have been calling rain billing department for my rain account in regard with my payment date,promise to pay, *****ulent activity and my id number being used for 3 different accounts which 2 of them being told that they are not active as it's only 3 months to date that I've been using this router. I called so many times since from last week and was told that my issue will be resolved as their system was too slow and giving them error message. Then I was promised that I will get a call within 24 hours which I did not and yet my matter have not been solved or escalated to the relevant department. Now no one is advising me regarding this issue
