I have placed my order of 6x A3 canvases at the end of November already. They estimate delivery 3-5 Business days. They have still not shipped my order yet and it is all Christmas gifts. They only communication I have received is them saying if the order was placed before 12 December they will ship in time for Christmas. I have been calling for more than a week every day, numerous times a day, with no answer of call backs. This is very unprofessional and utterly poor customer service!
We were there for my grandmother's 80th birthday and they made it so special for her, while the great grand children had a blast in the play area. The service was very quick. Between everyone we had a good variety of different dishes and everything was exquisite, especially the pizza. Thank you
If I can give them a 0 rating I would at this moment for their client service and communication!! The communication from the accounts department is either non existent or just plain rude and I feel that is no way to handle any client ever. I received my statement from them in March saying our account balance is R0. Our debit orders gave some problem so I paid manually for each month after that, I then saw somewhere between march and now there is an extra R999 added to my account balance. I have spoken to two consultants where one was very rude and just hung up on me, and the other one when I took 3 minutes to go to my banking app to get a statement she asked for she ended the chat because according to her I am not responding quick enough but looking back she took an average of 3 minutes to reply to me. I have send two emails with all the proof of payments where I have not received one single correspondence and this was over a month ago. Now I just cannot get a hold of them!
They were our internet supplier on our farm, we paid but received no service, we never had internet access and they did absolutely nothing to provide a solution to the problem. We cancelled our contract and called several times for them to come collect the modems etc. They just delayed coming out to do so and kept charging us the monthly subscription. Eventually we stopped paying as we have already cancelled the account moths ago. They couldn't bother to communicate with us regarding our cancellation but was quick to give us up for debt review which is ridiculous! We want to resolve the problem but even with that we are now getting a hold of them!
This company is suppose to be helping clients and supporting them. Instead we are making payments for absolutely poor service. We made the payment and then we hear nothing from them after making numerous attempts to get into contact with them via the website, phone calls and WhatsApp. All we needed is a confirmation of payment to make sure it is received and everything is okay, but not one single person can help in that company to give the client proper feedback and fail in every way to offer basic communication. This company is suppose to help, but instead we are left in the dark!
